The donuts are so small! We bought a box and the box is clearly made for bigger donuts. It’s a 2” unused space. Corporate keeps the right size box but this establishment makes the donuts smaller! The Boston cream has almost no cream, the chocolate cream fill the same story and the were stale. Usually, you eat it and the cream explodes. A rip-off. Cheap owners that charge the same but make tiny donuts. We’ll never go back there. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

I love Dunkin but this location almost turned me off of it completely, I went in for donuts and the man I met was really kind. He helped me pick out the perfect drink, I truly enjoyed it. The donuts however were very stale and I couldn't enjoy them as much as the coffee, I was greatful for the service so I asked if they were hiring and they said 'desperately'. I called the next day and everything seemed fine, however the day after I went in to speak with the manager and she started acting strange. Like she was uncomfortable with me and I was just speaking to her normally. Even though everything seemed fine on the phone, her personality made a complete 180 upon meeting me in person. I was just as polite as always and going through the information she asked me for, I could understand if I was rude or even late or just didn't have the credentials. However this is a Dunkin donuts, not much is required to work here and she was excited until she saw my face, and no one that looks like me works at this specific location which I deemed a coincidence. The worst part is Everytime I contacted this lady she would just lie to me instead of giving me any kind of straight answer and make up excuses as to why she hadn't called back, all the whole basically telling me the job was mine but with a sour look on her face like she didn't really want to give it to me but it didn't make sense why. After never experiencing this so close up before I'm realizing after talking with others and bringing my concerns to corporate that she discriminated against me. I don't want to work for someone who doesn't want me to, but honestly if you're planning on working here or even ordering here I wouldn't. The next best location would be a better choice, but I will no longer be ordering from Dunkin donuts at all because I can't believe such outdated ideologies still exist and I can't believe Dunkin corporate doesn't do a better job of making sure their hiring people who's only concern is the color of your skin and not the content of your character. Very sad experience here and it started out so well. Also I have reason to suspect the positive reviews are made by the employees, I wouldn't be surprised if the manager was pressuring them. She seemed very rude to them as well, I fear she tried to remain civil with me simply because she didn't want me to report her or retaliate (stereotype) but I've reported this woman already and this is the final thing I will do. Only because I don't want anyone to face the same confusion I did, when I knew I did great. She just refused to acknowledge me because of something I can't change about my self and that's incredibly unreasonable, unrealistic and down right unfair. My hope is that people see this and just don't waste their time, from what I hear this same lady has a habit of being incredibly unreasonable and rude. Even to customers, I actually thank God I don't work there. The employees seemed like they all wanted to cry for help but couldn't. Literally the WORST Dunkin experience ever! Service was not friendly...more like she was doing me a favor. Food was terrible; dry sandwich and the hashbrowns were old and soggy. Just gross. I recently visited a location, and I must say the experience was quite disappointing due to the rudeness encountered there. Additionally, it's worth noting that the restroom facilities were not working. I would recommend avoiding this particular location. Service: 1

Came to this dunkin as it is 24 hrs and the lady working both nights was extremely rude. First told me my total was 21.85 and then i gave her 25 dollars she gave me the change of 1.93. It was a problem when I said I was missing my donut and a receipt. Receipt says I only gave her 20 dollars and my actual total was 18.07 🤦‍♀️ Last night my boyfriend was also missing his donuts last night. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Sunday, September 26, 2021 around 1:45 PM I went to this Dunkin' Donuts location to buy some coffee with my four years old son. My son wanted to use restroom and there was a table blocking the restroom path and a sign on the restroom door that says "No public restroom Restroom is for Dunkin customers only!" Having seen this I call the attendant and tell him I'm going to buy some coffee but my son need to use the restroom. When I said that he asked me "Is he going to make a mass?" I was like excuse me what do you mean? Then a female attended comes and said more or less like we can't let you use the restroom because he is going to make it unsafe and because he will make it unhygienic. My first question is why in the world for a corporation like Dunkin' Donuts would keep their front door open and keep restroom locked and have employee ask such questions? I'm assuming they didn't want us to use the restroom because of COVID, now my question is does Covid spread from using restroom? I didn't know how to accept/tolerate such behavior form Dunkin' Donuts employees.

I come here daily and EVERY trip is EXTREMELY pleasing! They always have fresh items and the quality is always beyond every other Dunkin Donuts around town. I know because I've been to almost every one. The woman at the window was rude and aggressive and had no concept of what customer service is. I ordered a machiatto with almond milk. I watched her make it with whole milk. She had to do it over.
