So I went to this location on February 22, 2024 in the morning to get a frozen hot chocolate and a chicken and roasted red pepper sandwich type thing and the cashier Joe. He was very friendly and very nice asked me where I’ve been because I used to live behind the store and I don’t anymore, but The girl that works there her name is Jacey apparently has been feeding the general manager. Some lies about me and saying that I have been talking about him when it wasn’t true I called him today to tell him what was going on and how I was treated by her and he blew up on me, so I would not go to this location due to the fact of how he treats people General managers name is Dennis

As far as the coffee its a hit, i dont ever hear of people complaining of the coffee. The donuts, on the other hand, that's another story. The donuts are total garbage i still will eat them, but they used to be made fresh every morning, and if you never got to have them, you have no idea what you're missing out on. Who remembers the commercial with the old man he got up before the sunrise and every commercial he would say, "Time to make the donuts." Wow, do i miss those days, so if that isn't a problem for you, then Dunkin should treat you right. They dont seem to have the variety they once had, and probably, so they aren't throwing away a bunch at the end of the day, but i miss that as well. Now the donuts come in frozen they thaw them thats why they arent quite as good as they once were but thats the way of the world and as long as consumers we can buying them that will never change. I honestly quit buying most of the fast food i dont snack very much because i dont like spending my hard earned money on GMO fake sugar artifical coloring high fructose corn syrup not fresh food but if more people dont start to live that way the corporations will always survive. I'm not trying to turn this political or anything of the sort. This is just my honest review and opinion. Dunkin is ok, I just know from managing restaurants most of my life to tell you they wont ever stop trying to cutting corners making things a little less quality to save a penny, not till we take a stand and stop paying for the garbage they are selling. They dont want to pay to make quality items they just expect you to pay the prices as if it was quality.

On the weekend, if you come here around 11 AM, you gotta wait like 30 minutes. It is not worth at all to come here to get not-good-quality coffee. Are you coming only for convenience or quick service? You can get much quicker service any other cafes. In short, there is no advantage to come here for drive-through.

Clumsy new cashier. Served customer after me with his order had yet had me wait in line for a cup of coffee. Seasoned staff addressed my concern immediately and filled my order yet minimalized server's decision to have me wait in line by asking her if she was having a good day. Instead of coddling new worker team should have acknowledged my concern. Meh, I'll pass on this establishment.

The food was great, but service was lacking probably due to staffing shortages. Parking is not so great either and due to the location the drive-thru line is a mess too

Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!
Understaffed. Drive thru and countertop.. same people- expect to wait. Hate the kiosk self serve experience. Went to counter. Very nice girl was pushed to the limit doing counter and drive thru at same time. Coffee was okay, donut was still fresh at end of day.

Come here every morning, the one in state college before downtown. They are always so so busy every single day and are still timely and polite every single time. I always try to leave them a good tip, because these guys really deserve it.
Closing time is 7pm.
I placed an order on the app, and when I pulled in to the drive through window (at 6:45pm) they said they didn't have my order. I said "oh, that's weird, let me see on the app if it took my payment" and the app kept crashing (wouldn't let me open the app) then I said "I'm sorry, I'll be right back" and they said "that's okay". I pulled into a parking spot to try and figure if it took my payment before ordering again.
At 6:50, I pulled through the drive through again to place my order, but no one answered. There were three cars behind me. I figured, oh, maybe the sensor didn't go off and they don't know I'm here. So, again, I pulled into a parking space and went to go inside. The doors were locked (6:52pm). Again, went through drive through, and no one answered. So I gave up.
At least four cars worth of orders were ignored because they closed early.
Wouldn't be a big deal, if I hadn't explained to them that the app didn't work and that I'd be right back. So they knew I was there and wanting to order. Wasted time and gas.
