idk why there’s so many negative reviews on here because this dunkin is by far the best in the area. they always make my drinks AMAZING, food is always perfect too. They remembered me even when i haven’t been there in a while which really made me feel special. 10/10 would recommend Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bagels

Danger ⚠️ Please do not go to this Dunkin Donuts! I had shards of plastic in my coffee and I called to warn them of the plastic! The guy told me it wasn’t his problem, he didn’t get the fact someone could get cut or choke ! There is something off when you just don’t care enough about another person’s food ,drinks or well being! Don’t work in the food industry if that’s is the case! I filter out the plastic ! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I was warned not to go there by locals, but it was closer. I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese,10 min later I was asked if I'm being helped. I was the only customer in the store while 3 employees were monkeying around. Yes, I received a refund, but I didn't go there to exchange funds. You live and learn! I have given this place way to many chances, but today was the last straw. I ordered an english muffin toasted with plain cream cheese and an order of hash browns. I never got my hash browns and the english muffin had the garden veggie cream cheese on it. I was the only one in the drive through. How do you mess that up? I guess that's money thrown out the window. I've tried to get in touch with someone before, but never heard back. So between cold food that I've gotten before & missing items. I'm officially done here. Drive the extra mile up the road to the other Dunkin on Bridgeport Ave. There is a reason that place has a line. They are actually good. Food: 1

I have never been here and my order was right. I just order 2 cups of coffee, one with cream and sweet and low and I got black coffee. I ordered a macchiato last time and they gave me just steamed milk. Horrible service Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

I can't rate properly because I just drove by while going to Wendy's. But it was dead as a doornail, not a single car went through the drive through while we waited in line at Wendy's (about 15 minutes). It seems like everyone knows to avoid this one

Yep. I miss the Dunkin that used to be on Howe Avenue. At least they made your drink right. If I have to mix my own drink up, I might as well buy some coffee, ice, and syrups and make my own at home. I absolutely love getting a drink that i have to stir myself while driving.

I wish DUNKIN was how it was 20 years ago. I ordered the hot midnight with blueberry syrup.. I got luke warm/old stale coffee with no blueberry syrup. Not that I’m surprised. I usually don’t go to DUNKIN because of this. Hands down - just go to McDonald’s. Always consistent, hot and priced well!
