This location is a joke... Half the time they're open, half the time they're not... when they are open they lock the doors and scream at you to go through the drive-thru... well that's fine for people who know exactly what they want but those that might want to browse the menu without impatient cars behind you, you're out of luck... In the event that you are allowed inside, the service is downright deplorable... rude employees who's minds are everywhere except on the job... just an all around unpleasant experience... don't waste your time... Service: 1

Ugh. They need to get it together or get a new system. I go here every morning and without fail I place my order at the drive thru, pull up to the window and get asked “what did you have??” I give them a run down of what I ordered, I pay, and I get incorrect items. If their system deletes orders that quickly to where they cannot pull up and see what they should be giving me, it is FLAWED. Worst experience every time I come here in the AM to get a quick treat for me and my daughters before work and school and they argue with me when I have a problem and aren't very nice. The old crew was awesome and very friendly and didn't make you feel like you were bothering them bc you came to spend money with their place of employment. I am not sure what is wrong with this Dunkin. Every time I go I order the exact same thing the same way and I always get something different. Do you all not provide training for your employees? They are also always out of just about everything. I will go to the coffee shop across the street now. Tired of wasting money on a drink that is disgusting and not what I ordered.

Before you even think of stopping here, count to 5 and just don't. Wrong order constantly, always out of 60%+ of the menu, hot beverages are cold, mobile orders accepted just to not be ready and have to reorder when you get there, and the attitudes are atrocious. Spend the few extra bucks and go somewhere of quality. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Whoever’s the manager at this one ain’t properly training their workers how to make coffee… or just sucks at their job…. first time, I ordered a hot latte. I was given a cold (no, not iced) a what was supposed to be “hot” cup, but was cold OLD coffee. It’s like I was given some random cup of somebody else’s drink that was lying around for hours…. I thought “ok everyone makes mistakes… no biggie…” the second experience wasn’t too bad.. it wasn’t great either… but this morning, I ordered a small salted caramel cold brew… Absolutely DISGUSTING… it was practically extra EXTRA sugar-milk, no hint of coffee what so ever… you can see a whole thick layer of syrup resting at the bottom of the cup that wasn’t even stirred…. at this point it’s obvious that these workers could care less. Throw the whole crew away 🗑️ and TRAIN your workers to give people what they ordered…. Please don’t waste your money here. Not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming to this location in the morning for months but for the last month they are NEVER open when they are supposed to be. No one shows up until 30 minutes to an 1 hour after they are supposed to open. If they aren't going to open when the sign says then they need to change it. I have lost many moble orders due to this. When they are open the employees are so rude. This location needs a complete change of staff

Showed up at 7p. Closing at 8. Lights out doors locked. Drive through open, out of multiple drinks. Weirdest thing.. ask for black tea cold, we don't have it ready cold. You have it hot though? Yes. Ok can we just ice the hot? No, but I can give you a cup of ice. Then forgets to give us the ice cup. We have to honk a few times just to get her to come back to the window. Super weird.

Drive through was exceptionally rude, interrupted my husband mid sentence with a jackknifed "WE'RE OUT of donuts." before he could even ask. It's fine to run out but not freak out at the possibility of having to do their job. It's Dunkin DONUTS, if you are entirely out, you can announce that when someone pulls up, not cut them off with an attitude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
