I have literally never gotten an order that was done correctly. Whether it was online or in person. Ordered a large latte extra shot and the cup was literally half full. It's been the wrong drink, the wrong flavor etc. Most of the staff is good and dies the best they can, but a few are downright surly. Sometimes this place can be ok but most of time they never listen. Today I order 2 drinks for my kids with whip cream and as always they never put whip cream on them and I order 2 frozen Carmel coffees and no Carmel just regular coffee and I ordered dozen donuts no creams or jelly filled and they gave me almost all jelly and creams. Which my kids and I don't eat so they all going to trash. I realized when I got home and was not going back out. I also asked if a bunch could have sprinkles for my kids and only 1 had them. The wait time was also very long and the boss in charge seem annoyed to help me with my gift card issue. I guess it depends on the day you go there but almost every time I go they never listen to anything I order. I was having a really rough night and needed a pick me up drinks, it was super late around 7 on the 22nd so I knew it was a hassle to do my drinks, but they didn't seem bothered at all. Great set up, great customer service, food was great, coffee was fresh and done perfectly. I’ve been to Dunkin’s across the US and this was one of the best. Warning drive thru was insanely busy (I went inside to order and eat) but the staff was efficient and cool as a cucumber. I would reroute to go back to this Dunkin’s . Well done! Although I am not a fan of fast food I have been here a few times. The atmosphere is friendly the staff is courteous it's a fairly new facility and has all of the amenities that follow. It has a drive-thru with walk-in. Be careful in the parking lot it's a madhouse. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This Dunkin Donuts is extremely slow and their ability to give you the correct order is almost zero. Expect to wait 30min if there are 5 cars in line ahead of you. I have come to this Dunkin Donuts dozens of times and in the last few months it really has gotten bad. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The shop is a big improvement over the store it replaced. It's still quite new and always clean as a whistle. They do a huge drive-thru business, but I normally stop in to get a donut and a cup of tea. This visit I sat and relaxed for about half an hour in complete comfort and quiet. The restroom is always clean and the staff are friendly. I haven't stopped in for breakfast yet but will do that soon and I know they have a good selection. Coffee drinkers probably love this place but I'm a tea drinker. Fortunately they have several different teas available.
