This DD was pretty good until they remodeled I’m sitting in the lot after I tossed my coffee in the trash. While sitting in there drinking my coffee I personally witnessed the worker cleaning the counter and watched liquid drip off her rag into the ice that they are making there cups of ice coffee with this place needs a visit from the board of health to watch this omg I’m sick to my stomach. If this is the normal practice for DD I’m now a honey dew and Mary Lou’s costumer good bye swirl gross. I've come to this Dunkin' Donuts on my break for the last time. Each time I've been here, either my order was wrong or it took an insane amount of time to make just a wrap when there was no other customers. It sucks because I wasn't able to get my money back or go get my order fixed because I would be late coming back to work from my break. Just now, it took them so long to make one sausage wrap that I had to leave which means money wasted for nothing! Absolute joke of an establishment. If you wanted to create a franchise and show what not do this place would a perfect example. Why is there always a new person at ther register who needs their hand held to pour coffee? I went in with no line and it took longer to get 1 large ice coffee then it took for 20 cars to go through the drive through. There is like 100 people working behind the counter but they stil cant seem to get anyone through in a timely manner. Someone infront of me paid for their coffee and left without it because it took so long. That should never happen at an establishent where the soul purpose is to serve customers. Now they are renovating the building when they should be hiring a manager with half a brain to make sure cusomer service gets better over night. I would leave no stars if possible.

I just went to this Dunkin, not 15min ago and when I rolled up to the mic the person said “Good Morning Jazmin you’re all set!” I didn’t get much sleep last night so this confused me for a minute and then it made me laugh and I thought I better leave these guys a review. I started coming here at the beginning of the school year, it’s not on any of my normal routes but it’s not far out of the way, it’s the closest after I drop the kids at school and the the Dunkin north of it can be slow and some of the employees a little clueless and the Dunkin south of it is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen full stop. I think some of these reviews are ridiculous and evident of the part customer play in the slew of bad experience we’ve all been having and seeing post COVID; it’s a two way street and yes customer service has declined and so have customers dispositions and patience. Everyone is stressed out, a lot of employees have little to no experience because most of the ones that new what they were doing quit for the boosted unemployment checks during COVID, not blaming them it is what it is. A little consideration can go a long way and we all should know by now that when corporations take a huge financial hit, the first thing to go out the door is courtesies because they’re trying to scratch back their loses anyway they can; don’t take it out on the employees. This location has always been clean and efficient and I’ve never had a bad experience even before some of them knew me. Maybe not all the employees are the most chipper people I’ve ever met, but why do they need to be? They’ve never been disrespectful or contested my order if I said something was missing, they just went ahead and fixed it or got it. If you live in the Boston area and don’t know what Dunkin is by now we don’t know what to tell you. If you’re ordering $5 drinks at Dunkin and complaining about it, you probably belong at Starbucks and you should go there if you prefer it and wait 5 hours for a drink; not sure how that’s Dunkin or the employees fault. With a Starbucks up the road it sounds like they went to Dunkin deliberately to complain about it. Although I frequent Dunkin much more I like both places for different things but they are different kinds of places in my mind like apples and oranges. I find the mobile app helps to prevent order mistakes or line hold ups especially when I’m ordering a lot. If there’s an item I want that’s not on the app they gladly add it to my order if I let them know at the speaker. Sleepy Saturday at 3p. Seven employees… yes 7! One other customer inside besides me. 2 in drive thru. Took 10 minutes to get 1 egg n cheese. Lots of fooling around. Little work being done. And the girl managing the register? Had the personality of a dead fly. I know it’s hard to get good help but fire all the women. The boys were the only ones actually working.

Visiting town for the week so I stopped by this dunks 2 days in a row. First day they did not spread the cream cheese on the bagel. Ok honest mistake. 2nd day I went through the drive through where I asked for 2x cream cheeses (I really like cream cheese) and they specifically asked if I wanted them to spread it. So I said yes please. When I got back to my hotel excited to sink my teeth into a very cream cheesy bagel I opened it up to find NO cream cheese on the bagel and only 1 in the bag. It’s one thing to not put it on the bagel but it is unexplainable to not give a customer something they paid for.
