Visited again in early November and still impressed. The store has a new, clean look and it's still an efficiently run, well-stocked store with friendly employees. The mobile pick up spot at the end of the counter is a nice touch. Although I don't stay and eat here, there are tables inside. The parking lot can get congested but overall an easy place to park/there are usually spots on the street out front. Just be aware that there is no drive-thru. My go-to dunks when back in town. They always keep the butternut donuts stocked, the line moving, and the coffee fresh. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They recently had a management change and the difference is clearly visible in terms of turnaround time and consistency. The old shift manager was a good guy but this new one runs the ship like a well oiled machine. It's seriously impressive to watch how efficient the place is now, with a newfound attention to detail and speed. It's the type of pride in your work you'd expect to see in a more pricey restaurant. The employees here are great!! Sure they've messed up my order a handful of times out of hundreds of orders, but when I point it out nicely they always apologize and fix the problem right away. Ordered a midnight hot coffee, got into my car and drove home. Took sip off coffee and was not midnight dark roast. I watched these people shake the empty container and give me regular coffee. I drink this type of coffee 2 to 3 times a day so I know what it tastes like. Very upset and disappointed that they deliberately tried to get over on me thinking I wouldn't know the difference. Staff here are so rude. The manager is particularly rude and has Zero customer service skills. I went in with two children and asked for 6 munchkins. The manager literally refused and said I could get ten. I informed them I needed 6 not 10 not 5. He stated he could not do that for me. I am a paying customer and he refused what I ordered. I walked out. I was in there giving them a second chance because they were rude three months ago also. But there are much nicer much friendly locations near by. The staff could benefit from a custom service class. The manager could also. Never going back

I ordered strawberry refresh, specified no sweetener, but it turned out way too sweet. I checked with the worker and they said the base was already sweetened and they did not add sauger/ sweetener. I ordered strawberry refresh many many times and the taste was always kind of plain, never be so sweet. So I had to throw away the drink, full large cup. By the way, the environment was a little messy, napkins on the dirty table.

Honestly impressive how badly they screw up simple orders, giving glazed donuts when you ask for jelly, cinnamon rolls when you ask for apple fritters, etc. ALWAYS check your order before you leave the store. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have not been in this Dunkin donuts in over three months. They are rude. The mask mandate is illegal and this staff will actually turn their back on you and refuse you service if you do not wear one. You can sit in line for 10 min and they will not say anything then you arrive to order and refuse service. They were rude before the masks and they continue to be worse. I drive all the way to Newton or Waltham for coffee.
