Arrived to Dunkin Donuts with the sole intent of buying a dozen donuts. Upon the completion and payment of my order on the touch screen the man at the counter said “we don’t have any donuts.” The only had a few random left from a previous batch. I understand people go to Dunkin donuts for more than donuts, like coffee but the utter lack of self awareness of not having the product which you are named after is disappointing to say the least. And after I requested a refund (I had paid with apple pay) I was unable to receive the funds directly back into my account and had to receive cash.
