This dunks is always hustling and bustling esp in the the morning. It's location is pretty much a hole in the the wall but it does have a walk-by take out window during the nicer weather. The staff here are very attentive and focused. Hard working esp. the manager her name slips me at the moment I want to comend her and compliment her hard working performance she is amazing at how she handles her team of crew members and the customers. The staff are super friendly and very hard working! I love how most of the staff pay attention to remember their regular customers by name such as the manager and Will, also the lovely woman who usually works the take out window with the long pony tail she is super nice! I don't get coffee that often but had a terrible experience the rare time that I actually went. The cashier took forever to take my order even though no other customers were there. Finally I found a hair in my coffee when I was almost done with it. Edit: After further complaint to cooperate I will change my review from a 1 star to 3. The manager did a good job of reaching out and apologizing for the situation.

This specific location does not know how to make a espresso, latte or a cappuccino for the life of them. I have tried them several times to make sure it’s just an off day but no EVERY SINGLE time it has been disgusting. Go elsewhere Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

All the food tastes funny, as in anything hot from the oven has a metallic taste to it order an assortment of dounuts and get a box of all plan donuts. There has been improvements since I last went. Food no longer has a funny taste and online ordering has been correct across 10 plus online orders so far. Edited February 25, 2021

The loud mouth waitress there is gone thankfully. She was a fake friendly type of woman who didn't have any respect. She goofed off and flirted too much but went crazy when the guys didn't know when to quit. Otherwise they move their long lines nicely. Good place to meet for coffee
