12/27/23 I bought a X-Large hot Tea this morning. I understand when you ask for a hot tea, it should be hot, but not so hot that it burns your entire mouth with just a sip. I took a sip just to see if they put enough sugar in the drink. 9pm at night and I have blisters in my mouth and cannot eat anything. So please adjust the temperature of your hot water. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Horrible. Sitting here in line for about 15 minutes now. Their iced coffee always has a different taste. Sometimes they add sugar sometimes they don’t. Sometimes I get a 1/2 cup of cream sometimes a splash. Consistency is never the same. Please calibrate those automatic dispensers. Horrible here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff tries but Management is horrible. Manager has no customer service skills. Avoid this Dunkin...go to the Whitehall one by Weis which is cleaner and has better management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could put negative stars I would they got the order wrong it also took over 10mins to get our food and then when we did it was awful the bacon egg and cheese was so hard I couldn’t even chew it same with the hash browns and the bacon tasted like charcoal the workers are also terrible please fire the whole staff. We also didn’t even order the bacon we received

One the worst Dunkin Donuts to visit. A bunch of high schoolers with no customer service experience. My iced latte was disgusting and I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive through for my sandwich and was the only car. I've been to the gas station connected to Dunkin Donuts and watched as they mocked upset customers and laughed at them. Will not return. Like other reviewers, I would give them -100 stars Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The girls here are awesome! My iced coffee is always on point, breakfast sandwiches always good. This location is very busy so getting here early if you are on your way to work is key!

A food safety review found 3 violations on Feb 1 23. Not wearing hair nets, ice damning in walk in freezer, and temp devices for food equipment monitoring were not readily available. Maybe that is why the food is burnt per one commentor. Their coffee use to be superb but no more. Do not recommend this DD Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Waiting in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru is ridiculous for a coffee! There is never anyone working the front counter you just stand there and wait and wait. Nothing is cooked properly everything is either not done frozen or overdone. Some of the staff are very nice but this place needs a manager there so things run smoothly! I do not understand how this place still survives, this has been going on for years, I keep hoping for better. I'd give this Dunkin' -0! Do not waste your time here.... As I'm about to drive off and finally forget about this coffee I ordered and this place for good!

WORST PLACE!!!!! never have enough staff, drive thru wait is always atleast 15 mins. Products are ridiculous iced coffee barely any ice and warm. When paying $$ for your order you have an expectation. They need to close their doors until they have better staff, and trained staff on how to make coffee correctly.
