12/1/23 morning went in wife got to order her coffee. The woman made the order. Never asked what i wanted. Said the price and paid. Woman walked away took drive through order. 10 minutes later asked what I wanted I paid I waited 20 minutes never got my order. I couldn't get her attention. I had to leave with only paying for it not getting it ..... Went in 12/3/23 wife got hers . I ordered a large coffee. They tryed to give me a medium I said I order a large. The man manage said make him a large one . The kid turns around and dumps it in a large cup and adds water..yay my coffee is watered down . Not the kids fault. The manages is at fault. I couldn't even drink it. $12 down the drain. Thanks . I'll drink to turner for now on. I'll pay for the gas . Service: 1

Husband went and ordered our drinks and of course we received the wrong ones, not a huge deal but still inconvenient. Got placed on hold for over 7 minutes and no one ever answered the call to resolve the problem. Absolutely horrible staff. Ordered a caramel macchiato and there was not a drop of coffee in it. It was just straight milk. 🤢 This is not the first time this Dunkin has disappointed me. IF I ever stop here again it will be for refreshers, energy punches or tea only.

I am so over this place. Couldn't get a simple order right any of the 400 times I have stopped here. Butter Peacan is apparently Caramel.... Asking for an espresso shot to be added to a drink is like asking for Spaghetti Dinner. You'll be asked to repeat the order and every single time they will completely miss the mark anyway and disappoint you. Don't even bother. The price of this burnt filth isn't worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Aweful experience, the manager named Ken refused to remake my coffee that I just purchased because I didn't have the receipt and I just purchased it he had made it also . I have a video of him he threatened to call cops on me as well simply because he was offended. I videoed the entire interaction I hope the owner reaches out to me. I gave a bad review awhile ago but since then I've gone in on a Sunday morning or once in awhile at night after work and seems like they have hired better qualified people. Service: 4

My girlfriend came through drive thru and got a mocha macchiato and she ordered a medium but was given a small and she told them it was supposed to be a medium. So the lady that gave her it took it back and poured the small machiato in a medium cup and just topped it with ice and gave it back. Also there has been no stickers on our coffees lately. Maybe they need to remodel not only there store but there staff as well. This is unacceptable

My boyfriend and I frequent here often as it's the only dunkin in a 20 mile radius of us. Most of the time we can expect something to go wrong as far as our order, or having to wait 15 minutes from order to delivery in the drive-thru. The only thing we typically find consistent is the customer service and I'm certain that's because there is someone new working everytime we go.

Ordered an iced latte with an extra espresso shot this morning at 5 or so. Order was on the go, had plenty of time to do it right. Was given an iced coffee with whipped cream to make it look like a latte because I guess she couldn’t be bothered. That’s a $2.50 difference which for coffee is a lot. Ripped off because of laziness.
