The place is clean and it’s a cute location. The staff however were rude, two of us standing in line while staff were talking and swearing and when they realized that the customer in front of me was annoyed, they decided to notify us that they were waiting on a machine restart. The service was extremely slow, I ordered an avocado toast and couldn’t eat it because it was too hard by the time it was handed to me. Staff members were sweating and talking about each other’s appearances in front of customers without a care in the world. I will be skipping this location for sure.

I can’t even believe how this location continues to be open when they are so severely understaffed. There were only 2 girls behind the counter on an insane Saturday morning with a line out the door, never ending to-go orders, and angry customers. The poor things were clearly drowning. I understand it is hard to just close down a chain like that, but if is unethical to force people to work like this. Please do better, Dunkin.

They have gone downhill over the years. At one time Dunkins was open 24 hours. Not bvb today though. Too often they have little to no choice of donuts and or pastries.
My go-to Dunkin. I usually order online. Only one time has the order not been ready when I arrived, and I assume it was because they were busy. They do a great job here.
Excellent customer service. However, almost every time that i go here, they do not have any more bagels of any flavor. Also, when they do have bagels, they charged me separately for the bagel and cream cheese instead of charging me for a bagel with cream cheese as 1 item. This makes the price go from $2 and change to $4 in change. If this happens to you, let them know right away so they can refund the difference.
Switched over from Starbucks and have been extremely annoyed with this location. Will be avoiding this location going forward.
1. They can’t handle curbside orders. You’ll end up waiting 20 plus minutes for an order when you have kids screaming in the car (and baby). Making me regret ordering. For us moms, if you can’t handle curbside orders. Turn them off instead of wasting our time.
2. I walked in (ordered 20 mins ahead of time). Order was not ready yet. Literally had one woman working at the busiest time in the morning on a weekday. She then yells for people to come help her and 5, yes FIVE, employees walk behind the counters to start doing their job (8:30AM on a weekday). There were 10 people waiting for orders. All in all it took 45 mins from the time I ordered to get two coffees.
3. My husband picked up an order today and they were out of bagel twists. The woman in charge was extremely rude and said “we don’t have them” without offering any substitutions. My husband asked if he could have another item (given we paid in advance) and she said “JUST THROW IT IN THE BAG”. Without offering to warm it up or ask if he wanted anything on it.
Starbucks is overpriced, but I never have to deal with lazy employees who hate their job and take it out on customers.
Feel bad for the staff. Perennially understaffed, especially during peak hours. Management in the back doesn't seem interested in helping the front when it's packed. Staff and front facing personnel seem stressed and sometimes it spills over to conflict between staff.

When taking my Dad to his physical therapy sessions nextdoor, I come to this fairly new & modern Dunkin'on a regular basis. This new Dunkin' has been around for about a year now in Groton, MA, located off of Rte 119 adjacent to Shaw's across the street (Boston Rd), Nashoba Family Medicine, Nashoba Sports & Physical Therapy and Rollstone Bank. This store offers On Tap service, curbside pickup and mobile ordering. This location is fairly busy, with it on a fairly regular basis taking Doordash, Uber Eats & GrubHub orders along with constant mobile orders coming from the Dunkin' app. This Dunks has a very friendly and efficient staff while often completing orders in a timely fashion with getting your order right the first time. This location has plenty of seating (both inside & outside) and ample parking (even with being located next to 3 other businesses).

Walked in 45 mins before they closed and was denied getting anything hit because all the ovens were off ??
Ordered unsweetened ice tea and was given green tea that she claimed is what I ordered. After back and forth a couple times she finally gave me what I ordered.
No one's running on this Dunkin with that attitude
