Kudos to the gentleman behind the counter today I should have gotten his name! I was there for a delivery order in which the items were unavailable unfortunately but he deserves a shout out for his kindness and professional demeanor. I really appreciate good service, thank you sir :) Service: 5

The older Gentleman that took care of me was awesome. The two women working there were absolutely useless. After not hearing anyone in the drive through for 5 minutes I went to the window. One of the women (the manager I assume), looked over at me, then continued to ignore me. She looked back over at me waiting multiple times. The women working there do not care, terrible customer service from them. The older gentleman working the kitchen was phenomenal.

Rude, rude people, why are these people allowed to behave this way? The worst part is that the restaurant is absolutely filthy. And staff is on their cell phones. Completely oblivious. Can’t believe Dunkin’ allows this. Will never step inside this place again.

Got to this location around 6:30 this morning. For not being busy, took pretty long to get a coffee and muffin. The real problem came when I got to work and pull my muffin from the bag and the wrapper is half torn off and the muffin top literally fell right off. Not sure what happened, but it doesn’t take much effort to realize the muffin you’re stuffing in the bag is sub par and maybe you should grab a different one.

We have gone here many times and the drinks are never hot but today was the last straw. My hot chocolate was not even warm enough to melt the mix and it was all lumped on the side and bottom of the cup. I think Dunkin Donuts has the best tasting hot chocolate but it never seems to be prepared correctly. Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2

No. I go here to get my dad breakfast everyday (I know, it’s what he wants though) and the last two days days I have returned home with a sandwich that is somehow burnt with cold unmelted cheese on it. Kid at the window is very polite but it’s someone in the kitchen has just stopped caring. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location was clean, the service was excellent, extremely professional and friendly 🤗 I have ordered a latte decaffeinated, low fat and sugar free. This warm latte is just as good as some of the well-known coffee 🤗 It complemented the donut.
