If I could give a negative score I would. Customer service at this location is awful! Waited over 20 minutes for two drinks and a donut. The poor girl running the register was new and didn’t know what she was doing and none of the other co workers would help. They were too busy fighting amongst theirselves and yelling and cussing at each other. When we received our order we didn’t even get the right one. I contacted customer service and management, here’s a shocker nobody got back to me. What awful customer service. I highly recommend not going to this location. Management and employees need to do better! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. We waited online at the drive-thru for 30 minutes. We spent 15 minutes at the window and we could watch all the workers inside going back and forth very inefficiently often empty-handed. There just a few people in the store. And only one person ahead of us in the drive-thru. Yet it took 30 minutes to get our order of six coffees. Nothing crazy just six drinks took 30 minutes. We were not in a rush so it was kind of okay and the coffee did taste good. Just comical how long it took. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the only dunkin we will go to in town. They're usually pretty busy because of their location, but their food and coffee is good. My only complaint is that they never cook the bacon enough even if you say extra crispy lol. So I have to cook it at home more. Coffee is always wonderful! And I really wish dunkin would take bills higher than 20s but that's whatever! My only gripe is that it's slow and long drive thru lines between 7:30 and 8:00 am during the week, but other than that the service is exceptional 😔. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
