Avocado toast, no Avocado! Some kind of spread with seasoning on top. I ordered Avocado toast w/sun-dried tomatoes. What I got was anything but! The item did not look like the photos on the website. See Photos. It was a mobile app, walk-in, to go item. I did not realize that it didn't even look or taste like Avocado until I opened it at my destination. It was too late to take back. In addition, the staff was surly about where to pick up pre ordered items. Sign was posted with wrong info. This would effect any pre-ordered items. It all around, was an unacceptable experience. This location is OK. The service is good, and the food and drinks are fine. The only thing is their donuts are the worst I’ve had at a Dunkin’. I’ve bought Boston Kreme donuts that had zero filling in them on three separate occasions here. If you just want coffee, it’s fine. I normally go to the other Dunkin on Baltimore Pike because every time I go to this one my drinks are off. Never stirred and they taste different so I don't know what they're doing. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I dont want to put too much blame on the store for today's service but they are struggling with the other Balt Pike location being closed. I guess they don't get much business on a normal day so the crush from the other store is making a difference. Where I do fault them is the other store has been closed for 2 weeks and they haven't adjusted. The manager was all over the place and on the surface it looked like he was helping but I think it was more of a hindrance. He would ask a customer what they were waiting for and walk away half way through the response. The ticket system was a mess and they didn't even have tickets for half of the orders. Hopefully they can reassess how they approach the morning rush... or the other place opened back up soon. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Very unhappy workers. Customer service is horrible. Coffe leaks outa cup. Leaked all over me. Dunkin has takin a loss with how they use to be. Everything is rushed and barely cooked. Every thing is so cheap now.

Glad to have this as my local Dunkin'. The owner is friendly and frequently asks me how I'm doing. The store is clean and I'm always impressed by how fast they are able to move long lines. Unlike some other locations, I don't think I've ever had a watered-down coffee here. I have encountered some not-so-friendly employees here, but the owner seems to be on top of this since those employees were never there again.

I went in this morning to pick up my coffee and donuts that I had ordered 10 minutes beforehand. When I got there, there were piles of incomplete mobile orders, and instead of helping his employees (who are short staffed!!!) the owner was walking around to people in the lobby and telling them all about how every other fast food place has young workers but he doesn’t have any. After waiting around 10 minutes at the store, I had to leave because I was late for work. Needless to say, I did not get my coffee and donuts this morning. Do better for your employees. Pathetic.

A typical Dunkin'. Clean, bright, staffed. Not overly friendly to unknown walk-in guests. People who were obviouly regulars they were aggressively friendly towards. It's okay to be overly welcoming to everyone who enters your doors as a customer.
