We stopped using this location over a year ago because the orders were always wrong. Today I was busy so I stopped at the drive-thru. ONCE AGAIN, she read the order back to me, and I was still missing an item in the bag when I got home. Now of all the wrong orders it is ALWAYS the same issue. Something is missing. Never anything wrong or extra, just missing. That's what happens when you buy from greedy sleazeballs out to cheat people for an extra buck. With this degree of consistency it is damn sure not an accident. ****AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE**** These people are unindicted thieves. Worst coffee ever. Not only was my wait 10 minutes at the window, two out of our three coffees were incorrect. My latte tasted like chemicals and had no flavor when caramel was requested. I’ve come before and the service is extremely hit or miss. Certain staff are pleasant but more often than not they are miserable and short with you. When I went to receive my change today my change was practically thrown at the ground and there was no apology. I have no intention of coming back to this dunkin. Today I stopped in I ordered 10 munchkins Donut holes half of them were stale. She charged me a $3.80. I don’t mind paying a price for some thing but when I am charged differently, depending on who works, I just wish they would stick to on price in my opinion. Yum Yum‘s is one of my favorites but it’s a little further, so I won’t be going back to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Harleysville again Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Recently stopped into the store to grab half a dozen donuts. I was the only one in the store and after a few moments someone from the back rudely shouted “we are very busy you’ll have to wait“. Finally, an employee came to the front and snapped at me that they were only accepting credit and that they were very busy. It would’ve been just as easy to have said “I’m sorry for your wait how can we help you?“. If you’re not going to serve customers at your front counter then you should put a note on the door to use the drive-through. After reading through some of the other reviews it seems like this is a pretty common theme at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Food was okay, but I was shocked that they charge 53 cents for a medium cup of water. While it’s not crazy expensive, I’ve never been asked to pay for a cup of water at any restaurant before, including any other dunkin’s. It’s also not like we only ordered water, we bought other items as well. I don’t agree with charging for a mere cup of water, please reconsider policies. I had a coupon that expires on 12/12, went to get my coffee and free donut with the coupon. I was told that I could not use it because it was only valid on that day. This is incorrect. Here is a picture of my coupon…I expect the difference for my money back. Thanks.

I have a theory on their profit saving measures go as far as shorting people of syrup flavoring. If you do not explicitly say how many pumps you want small two, medium three, and large 4. They somehow repeat the order and manage to still only put one pump in... really you shouldn't even have to as this is STANDARD. Yall really that cheap? working in the food industry in the past I know how stingy it can be like be real and get my the proper syrup paid for when I ask for Carmel cold brew cmon.... i'm not asking much I just want a morning pick me up. Do not order from here. I placed an order and was given all the wrong donuts when I listed the ones I wanted. mind you the ones given to me looked old and burnt like they been sitting out for days. If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! The customer service is literally terrible, we paid for two Boston cream donuts and they didn’t have any regular ones so they made us pay extra?? The one old lady was also extremely rude, asked us why we were still there when they didn’t even give us our orders yet and had a nasty attitude. Don’t come here!!!
