Went through drive through an ask for a napkin with my food an I get an attitude from the woman she threw it at me an slams window. Totally uncalled for.Service completely sucks at this store.Middle aged women with glasses an brown hair. Works mornings.Most miserable woman I ever dealt with. If you don't like your job QUIT.You would think with all the 1 star reviews someone either corporate or store manager be cracking down on the employees an teaching them how to be polite an nice to the customers. This is the second time I was charged for items I did not order. I was also given an inaccurate order. I tried calling, and no one picked up the phone. Good thing I got my receipt, or I would not have known! The people taking the order have attitude problems and clearly do not like their job! I also ordered the wraps, and they came in the bag smashed already (see photos). It's like they don't even know how to serve the food either! Why do I either have smashed wraps, burnt wraps, raw bacon, or a combination of the 3?! This place must be that miserable to work at. Locals Including myself are frustrated that many times what we want to order is out. One friend of mine will never go again as the drive thru is poorly designed and there is little space to navigate cars thru. Two months ago I would have given this particular Dunkin zero stars. The service was awful and every employee made it obvious they did not want to speak with you. Orders were sloppy and thrown together. However, there has been an obvious change in management the past few weeks! The employees are friendly and upbeat, and the quality of the food has increased. I’m so glad things have improved, and I hope they continue to. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The owner of this Dunkin needs to wake up. Hire people who are actually grateful to have a job. I don’t expect a Disney welcome, but come on. A simple “hello” and “goodbye” would be enough… also the coffees are always awful.. it’s a shame because the location is perfect and the building itself is really nice. Stopped here for a quick breakfast- got the everything bagel bites. The cream cheese seemed a bit chunky at the one part, but I didn’t mind in the moment. Not even 30 minutes later and I was violently sick. That was at 10am, it is now 8:00pm and I am still very sick. Never again. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 1

This is by far the absolute WORST Dunkin I've ever been too. The hot food IS ALWAYS overcooked. The hashbrowns are always tiny hocky pucks. I couldn't even get them to add pepper to a breakfast sandwich because one of the workers claimed " we can't change anything on the sandwich because they are prepackaged. Lazy.

They cant get it right, doesnt matter what it is, doesnt matter how much time you give them, or how many times you go back. I always order the same thing, large hot caramel craze latte, and its always room temp and somehow tastes flat, ask the for a actually hot latte, they will tell you "it is what it is", my wifes coffee with mocha and cream same thing, and my son just asked for hot chocolate with ice (because that drink they can make hot) and they refuse. They sound whiny and offended when you go through the drive thru window. These guys from what i can tell hate their jobs and it shows. They don’t care about their customers inside. Was the Only person inside. Stood at counter for 10 minutes while staff continued to walk by and ignore the fact they had a customer inside. Very poor service. Coffee did not contain milk as requested. They are obviously annoyed with people ordering the old fashioned way. Watch out if you go to this dunkin donuts they have rude people working. They made my coffee wrong and the guy gave me additide about it making rude comments and this isn't the first time I've hade people there give me attitudes all the time this place has awful coffee and custermer Servise.
