I go here daily, and order the same few things. About once a week, I get my order correctly. All the other times, not so much. Everyone who works here is always very friendly, but what is going on back there? It's always just missing something, an ingredient, in the coffee. It's frustrating to have to get it fixed every day. And costly for them, I'd imagine. The overhead at this location must me a nightmare. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, I have to go through this Dunkin frequently out of convenience. Every time I order, there’s at least 3 girls in the store. Not like some of these stores with one girl running it for hours and every coffee still getting made right. Every time I order I either drive through or order ahead. Every time my coffee is wrong. My boyfriend will not go pick up an order alone anymore because you mess up so often and it gives him anxiety to confront employees about mistakes. I’ve order almost a week straight for once and every single coffee up until today tasted like it was half liquid sugar and I had to change my order every day because they were out of different swirls. Today I ordered again and not only was there NO sugar in my coffees but there was also no creamer. Thank you Dunkin, but I could have made hazelnut flavored black coffee from my house without paying extra. This store needs to do better. Out of all the stores in the area it’s the only one that manages to keep some employees long term but still manage to screw up 90% of the time. The coffee isn’t bad, they usually have that on point. HOWEVER, when I order donuts they always seem to forget to give them to me. I’ve been in the drive through multiple times and never have received my full order without hassling them first. It seems like there is no communication throughout the kitchen, or else I’d get my full order. Service Take out

Well normally they just mess up my order. This time I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before realizing that no one had showed up to work this morning even though they were supposed to have been open for over an hour at that point.

The only problem is that they never have enough staff. Until after 8 am you have to preorder if you don't want to be late for work.

I've been in line for over 10 minutes this morning and still haven't made the speaker. The car at the window hasn't moved. Worst Dunkin ever. *update, total time was 28 minutes spent in their drivethru. Was greeted by someone obviously on drugs. I ordered 4 espresso shots. Took 5 minutes at the window to get handed an iced coffee. At that point I was ready to rage on women for the first time in my life so.I just asked for a refund. They weren't smart enough to figure that out so they handed me a $5, my order was over $6? I JUST PAID 1.89 TO SIT IN THE DRIVETHRU FOR 28 FLIPPIN MINUTES TO LEAVE EMPTY-HANDED!!!!!!!!!!!

I went through drive through this morning as i do every morning, firstly i had to repeat my order numerous of times at the speaker (doesnt ever seem to be working properly) secondly i got to the window waited 10 or more minites for anyone to even take my payment while there was a worker standing there looking at me, lastly a worker came to take my payment and give me my order and all i smelt was liqour like she had been drinking. Person at the Register did not seem to know how to navigate the computer and when she took my drink order she took one of them incorrectly. When I tried to explain what was wrong, was told well that's basically what's in your drink and left it at that. Don't think I'll come back here too many times.
