THE ONLY Dunkin' I will go to. Plenty of safe parking. Smaller Dunkin'. Lightening speed. The ladies, Yanci & Egla nail my order everytime, and keep the mood fun and chill. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the BEST DD around the area. The whole staff morning and afternoon are exceptional! Matthew in the afternoon stands out as being extremely hardworking, personable and makes a MEAN cup of coffee! He should be recognized for all that! Keep up the great work

Horrible customer service. The female took my order had bad attitude and didn’t make drinks right. I had to go back but she she messed up again just took off some ice from the cup and added milk and gave it back rudely. Will not recommend anyone going there. Dunkin Management is really bad! Jenifer and her staff are really friendly and know how to treat customers. The coffee is always fresh and hot. I never came across them mistreating customers and giving bad service. The crew members there are hard workers and know what there doing. They all know how to use the cash register and undertand English. The people who work there are bilingual and can speak English and Spanish.

Up until recently this location had reduced its hours and were posted. Opening at 5 am. In the last 2 weeks staff has been inside and not opened till 5:30 or later while customers are standing outside. Since then the sign posting the hours as been removed. Seems like the staff is doing what they want according to them.

Very fast and efficient service. Yenifer the manager is very friendly and knows how to lead by example with her coworkers. The staff always gos out of there way to help you. Plus the coffee is always fresh.

I remember I went In this D.D. joint it feels cramped and kinda stuffed in a wrong place. The service is hit or miss don't expect red carpet gala like in your dreams. Ok people like D.D.'s but don't build these mini restaurants, to (force people to go yum in the morning)!

🤔 The girls 👭 seems to be nice but not really customer-friendly. I went there to order stuff and they run out of the things that I wanted. 2 items the flatbread egg white or the veggie egg white. And I ordered the croissant lemon doughnut🍩 and the other lemon cream donut🍩 each of them did not have any cream or any filling in it, until I got to the last bite. 1 bloop of filling in it. When you look behind them, where all the donuts are laid out they hardly has any Donuts🍩, it's like they're running out of food or they don't Supply well. i think that Donkin Donuts 🍩is going down hill. But if you're looking for a good one go to Jericho location they are much better. 🙃

This location is very convenient for homes in the area and passerbys heading north on route 110. Despite it's small size, staff is very efficient and friendly when taking and making your order.Keep up the great work.

Always get my coffee wrong everytime I go. Will have to find another dunkin to go to. Manager doesn't know how to use the register when ringing people up.
