You can share tasty breakfast sandwiches with your friends and spend a nice time here. Do not go away without degusting nicely cooked doughnuts and good bagels. Iced coffee is good at this restaurant. Many visitors consider employees competent. A lot of people have noticed that the service is decent. The pretty atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a long working week. But clients rate Dunkin' below average on Google.

The wait was very long!! Sat in line for atleast 15 mins for my order. It is understandable as you still cannot go inside. Staff was super polite and apologized for the wait time all my food and drinks were made correctly. Just have to get better with the wait time!
This is the worst Dunkin' that you could ever go to. Do not go here unless you have at least 20 to 25 minutes to wait for one single cold brew coffee black. If you add additional items prepare to wait more. Most of your wait will be caused by 75% of the staff being out back smoking cigarettes at the same time there is a line of customers around the building. Once those employees decide to go back to work, they will more than likely deliver you the wrong food! understand, I run a company with about 100 people. I don’t typically write reviews like this, because I understand that when you work with people things happen. However, for those of us that are trying to get to work, I felt like it was worth warning people who are just trying to get a simple breakfast so that they can get to their meetings on time! Additionally, this information was derived from several bad trips here over multiple years. I think I finally learned my lesson, I try to buy local, but I can get a coffee in the next state faster! call me foolish, but I think it’s time the owner stop collecting a check and actually see what his "customers“ experience.
The drive thru window attendant told me to go elsewhere after I waited 2minutes at the speaker for a reply from her. Very rude. She told me I had to come inside because I was making her wait too long for a decision about my order. I told her no way . She told me too bad . I told her I was never coming back here again . Terrible service , orders are always screwed up, the place shuts down due to lack of ability finding workers and computers fail . Go elsewhere Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
It's like they intentionally get my coffee order wrong. If I order a flavored coffee with Splenda, why do they assume I want it as a swirl? Why would I want extra sugar with my sugar substitute? Why do I have to specify? I want french vanilla flavored coffee, that doesn't mean I want extra sugar.
Staff takes forever just to take your order regardless of how many people they’re serving that day. They often get your order wrong, forget to have it prepared, or don’t announce it when it gets do the counter, not to mention anything that isn’t a donut is overcooked every time. I’d use the app but for literally no reason it won’t take my card. Manager openly treats her employees like garbage, particularly the ones I appreciate the most. It’s no wonder they struggle so much.
They can't seem to make coffee correctly . I do however give 3 chances before I give a review. But this Dunkin just doesn't cut it . If you want to wait for 30 minutes and still not have your order correct then this place is for you Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I was surprised this morning by how the manager acted this morning. They gave me the wrong order when I told the person at the window who told me to keep it as they couldn't give to anyone else. In the mean time I had to wait until they made my bagel the girl came back and said she had to take back the wrong order at the mangers request she shouldn't of given it to me..what? How petty and they would rat h er throw it away ? they screw up my order make me wait and then do that?? Not sure what this manager problem is but wow

When they have good help it's ok but be prepared for idiots who don't care, your coffee won't be stirred so trying to drive and stir your coffee without spilling and your donut will be upside down in the bag so all the frosting sticks to the bag and you can call the manager but don't think anyone cares anymore, damn shame, customer satisfaction used to mean something. Coffee was good, service was terrible. Went through drive-thru handed a $20 to cashier for my $4.85 coffee and got .15 cents back. After explaining that I gave a $20 I received a blank stare from the girl who looked extremely high. After about 2 minutes of her staring at the register I got the additional $15 back. Wow
I bought my breakfast at this store. I did not discover until I got to Rhode Island. This is insane.
