been going here 10 years. every morning before work. as of the kast 2 months this place has took a dive. somethings always wrong. the service is horrible. the old white lady coints money then touches your foid with the sane hand with iut washing. coffee is deferent everyday i go never the same. When I ask for a medium iced coffee HALF ice & cold foam I don’t expect the coffee to be 150% filled with ice, Half amount of coffee & 45% of the entire cup filled with cold foam. Fast service but terrible at making ice coffee the way people want it. It’s too sweet with too much swirl — not enough coffee! Newsflash — the only person saving $$$ on using more ice / less coffee in the cups is the owner. Full Ice for iced coffee isn’t even the standards anymore these days it’s 75% of the cup. I went to order food and coffee at this dunking and the cashier told me she couldn't take my order because drive thru is pack so walk in customer don't mean nothing so I go out side and there's 1 car on drive tru never again will I go there

So I’m very unhappy with the service I received this morning I noticed every time there is this one person when they work in the morning besides the other two men and normally work with he says his latte machine never works and he can never make sandwiches. So I was so disappointed because I was hoping It was maybe a one or two off however this is my fourth time going with this kid working and he’s told me the same thing every single time. If you don’t want to work that shift or this early in the morning when everyone else has to get to work maybe you shouldn’t have him there because he’s not willing to make anything for anybody.

Friendly staff but they never get it right. I always have to get them to fix my coffee. And if by chance they actually get it correct then they end up messing up my husband's coffee. This isn't the way to start your day. I love the owners but their staff is never on point. I spend over $130 a month on coffee that I'm never happy with. Never again. I'll find a different Dunkin.
