So this has coffee and ice cream. Would have been nice if they had a sign on the self service kiosk that it was down as I went to it then had to wait in line and I told the employee it wasn’t working and the response was “I know”. Other than that you know what your getting. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I Didn’t get everything in my order, when I called the phone number doesn’t work so who do you complain too?! Not to mention one of the girls was nasty and she wasn’t even the one taking care of me. I absolutely hated this Dunkin. The worst place I’ve ever been. This establishment always smells like marijuana, I have witnessed the workers pick up bags from the dirty floor, and put food in them to serve to their customers. The espresso machines are dirty and a man named Thomas told one of the workers “It’s fine nobody will know what was in it before” when a worker was going to clean it after use. The workers are extremely rude and I find it extremely disgusting how dirty the floors are, it looks like the establishment has never been cleaned. Thomas, whom im assuming is the manager, served me caffeine instead of decaf when I asked him to remake it multiple times, and the milk in the coffee tasted old and spoiled. It felt as if I were being poisoned. I would never return back to this place and I don’t suggest anybody should. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Regular Dunkin donuts restaurant. The coffee is not the best, as it is too roasted and lacks flavor and oddor of good quality coffee, but it is consistent withe what you'll find in most American restaurants. There's two people who I've dealt with here. The young lady at the drive in who explained to me how she makes the coffee I order. She said next time you come ask for extra flavoring. I ordered with a young gentleman today....I look at my coffee and it has 6 extra sugar in it. As someone whose trying to watch sugar intake this place doesn't listen to you. I've gotten bagels for my little guy they are hard as rocks. They really should take more care in serving the general public. The service is DEPLORABLE (I am a regular DD customer)!!! I assume the manager was taking orders-I ordered a drink with a free donut(Free Donut on Wednesday's thru the app) May I add I was rushing to work this morning.This man behind me who I guess is a regular at this location orders next. I am waiting in line everyone gets their order in the postion they placed it! The MANAGER (guy placing orders) gestures for the guy behind me to get both his drink and donuts in front of me. He says thanks everyone, have a good day, and Im left waitng there. They hand me my drink a few seconds after and then everyone goes on with their orders. I speak up and say, "Excuse me, I ordered a donut." A young associate says, "what donut?" So I repeat myself and she goes speaks with the manager who was TAKING orders. He gives it to the young girl who then places it on the counter. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY or MY BAD! I say, "have a good day," and leave. That entire interaction completely took me aback because EVERY ASPECT of that situation was TERRIBLE and what's worse is that's how you impact an individual's day! KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY and I really hope and pray this situation doesn't happen to anyone else because this location WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN!!! It’s an efficient and clean store. They have a Baskin Robbins attached to the store as well. If the drive thru line is long, I sometimes feel they give people in the cars priority. It’s partly understandable given the fact that that line can get long.

It show that it is opened for 24 hr we went there at 4:50 in morning there was a guy but the door were not opened soo we tryed by calling on the servies number and it also don't work
