I believed that Dunkin offered a free senior coffee, but this location evidently does not. Their bathroom was DISGUSTING, no toilet paper and DIRTY. This needs a deep cleaning and the trash emptied. When I told the counter girl about it, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't reply as if it's not her job or responsibility to tell anyone. At least the coffee was good. I wouldn't buy any food here though because this store is not clean. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Two women at the drive thru were very rude. One even sucked her teeth in my face as if I was bothering her because I asked a question about a promotion that was advertised on the app and on the drive thru monitor. These two proceeded to speak in spanish and laugh thinking I would not understand but I did and what was said was disrespectful. I have been coming to this dunkin for years and never experienced this before. This is the second day in a row that i have experienced this unprofessional behavior from the same woman. She must be new but has no business working the window if she treats customers like that. I will no longer come to this location. This was the 7am shift. It’s disgusting to speak rude to anyone in any language. I spend a lot of money here and so has my company for holidays and meetings. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I ordered through the app and paid for an extra sausage but it was not prepared properly. I checked me receipt to check if I made the mistake. The made another sandwich and prepared it again incorrectly. I said nothing but thank you and went on about my day; so much time was waisted. Umm the young girl at the register has no idea what she is doing… she messed up the order of the person in front of me and then messed up my order as well and gave me an attitude when I said something about it! She should have been trained better.. if that is not the issue then she is just careless about her job. Def won’t be going back to this location ever. Worst Dunkins I've been to. 4 employees standing around, all of them complaining & making fun of people in the drive thru. Girl that waited on me took her sweet time to take my order & of course messed up my drink. Zero customer service skills. Will not go back here ever again!! Service Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Dunkin but this is the WORST STORE that I have ever been to. The staff doesn’t know at all how to run a business. First they give you such a bad attitude like if you were asking for free food. Second they always get your order wrong and they don’t even apologize for their mistake, but on top they give you attitude. They gave me a coffee that was spilled all over, and just take a look on how they make their bagels. Unacceptable.
