I have been toy fair share of dunkin some are trash this one is great especially because of Nobel this guy has a positive attitude and folds my napkins with my straw and sauce he doesn't know who I am he just does it put this guy in charge of the company. Trust me when I tell you my review is the most important. I know good and bad service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sent my brother to get donuts for the family we have coming into town this morning . This is how he returned with two dozen doughnuts in bags ? Everything is stuck together and smashed. I am embarrassed to show this to my family . You should be too . Went straight in the trash.Spoke with the manager on the phone as he was just stepping in he was apologetic and offered us to come get our money back or get another order . I appreciate the offer however family is here. Just fix it .

I spent over $8 for 6 heart shaped brownie batter donuts. There was a smear of filling in them, and they taste stale. I don't get it. They quality of DD has gone downhill so much, I don't think I will go back. Is it too hard to push the plunger and put the filling in? Is it too expensive? Or, do you just not care? What a rip off! I like Duncan and we usually go through the drive thru. At this time the line was long. So we parked him with him. The interior was clean and they had nice merchandising set up. There was a barkbox, dog toys and really awesome Dunkin cups. It was clean. The issue, the vibe with the employees was terrible. I’m not sure if something had happened, but it was a little bit uncomfortable, I think they were really busy. I hope that the employees that work there don’t regularly have to feel this way. Usually under tons of stress, a really good leader will alleviate the stress and be encouraging and I hope that it was just an off day. The drink was served up quickly and then sit on the counter, in an area that looked like a to go area, so we kind of stood there, waiting, and then had to ask if that was our dream, it was, but the guy didn’t even announce it, or say anything. Super unfriendly that day. The drink was good. The prices are good. The atmosphere was lacking in the service was not great. I actually felt bad for the employees. Typically good spot for my Boston creme, ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Bacon,edd,bagel and the sausage croissant. Unfortunately bacon,egg ended up being a plain bagel. Nothing to freak out about. Bagel was a bit dry but still ate it. No complaints from sausage croissant. Let's take our time with orders guys. Paying for something you don't get is a huge bummer when you get home.
