The teens / younger people and one of the managers can care less about your wait time. They will make you late to work. You have to wait for them to finish their conversations or acknowledge you. Very ignorant staff with exception of two ladies. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I used to work for this company. It was actually one of my first jobs growing up. I ordered an iced coffee at the drive up today around 3:45 PM, September 5th 2023. I politely asked for an empty cup to empty my breast milk into. It’s not the fact that she said no that was the issue. She was rude about it and slammed the window shut without saying sorry, thank you, or anything. No receipt, just rude. I have never encountered such terrible customer service at any Dunkin’ Donuts in my life. I will never go to this location again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a $60 box of Joe and some sandwiches and they refused to give us three extra cups and did not include any sweetener in the package. There is something very wrong when everyone just assumes that the entire country is addicted to sugar. Service: 1

Cold yet Well done hash browns. Coffee was scolding and tasted burnt. They definitely didn’t add caramel.
