Here you can have good latte. Guests don't like pork and doughnuts at this fast food. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, employees can be unpleasant. According to the clients, the main drawback of Dunkin' is the downscale service. Google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.

Today I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin location. To preface I was a regular customer at this location and usually order the same thing ever time. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a plain bagel with butter. Again this is something I order regularly. I ate the first half of the bagel, and as I went to eat the other half, I noticed MOLD in the bagel?!?! I immediately felt sick as I already ate the other half where there could have been even more!! I brought the half back to the store, and the employee claimed “it isn’t mold, it is the holes from the bread.” And that “ if it was mold it could be green.” She completely dismissed my concern, as if I didn’t just physically show her the moldy bagel. I did not cause a scene as I am not that type of consumer, however customer service was called. Y’all should definitely reconsider your business at this location as the employees don’t seem to care about quality control or customer concerns!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very not tasty coffee. False advertisement. 1.90 donut is not a dollar donut. Some flies and bugs. Don’t recommend. Donut is okay. Service is meh.
I have to say, The staff was extremely pleasant and the service was excellent. The donuts themselves were fresh. What else can you ask for. Definitely five stars for a dunkin' donuts because I can't say the same for all of them. However, I can say that of this one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Horrible, what will it take for this location to get it right. If it’s not a broken machine, it’s out of stock, topped off with consistent wrong orders. Today they sold me a raw muffin. The center was still batter. Can you say salmonella. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Love dunkin. Never a long line and not a rip off. I get hot coffee everyday from dunkin. The treats have too much sugar but I'd rather a dunkin coffee than a Starbucks.

Horrible service here. Close to my job . Nice people but you'll have 12 people talking in the back while 1 person's busting their butt up front. What got me to even write this Review is the fact that I order a latte Every Day on my break, and today was 2nd time I paid for an 'extra shot of espresso' and have Not gotten it! What kind of an employee doesn't add the shot after they charge me?two times. The customer service is just not good. Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten from a dunkin donuts. I asked for a large ice coffee with cream and caramel syrup and no ice, lady makes me an ice coffee with cream and sugar with ice. She's obviously getting high. And when I walked back inside to get a side of caramel she starts laughing with all the other co workers like they did it on purpose and it was funny. I also tried to order 3 sandwiches and the lady says we only have plain bagels. Will never go here again.

So on Mon morning 6/19/22 I ordered a coffee and grill cheese at the drive through. As the woman is extending to hand me the coffee the top comes off and the whole cup splashed my arm and watch , the whole drivers side door inside and outside , part of my dashboard and the woman yells back inside for everyone to make sure the lids are on tight . She apologized handed me a handful of napkins and said she would charge me for the grill cheese only! She did ask me if I was ok but I was still in shock as to what happened as I was in a rush to get to work. My arm was irritated at the time but I figured I would live .Once I got to work I tried to call all morning to speak to a manager and no answer. After work I stopped by to speak to a manager the least they could do is cover my dry cleaning and car wash (did I mention the coffee went down into the window track and I had coffee smear all over the window?) Anyway no manager present just two young workers who were very nice and I had one of them take pics of my car and call the manager/owner. They replied to the worker to take my info and they will call me tomorrow. Well that’s seems a little long for a response to this type of incident but I waited . The next day had come and gone an no call at all . Just an apology and a little sympathy would go a long way . Stay tuned!
If you walk-in you are ignored. They serve first to drive-through. If you walk-in the attendant does not take credit card and asks you to place your order from self-service kiosk.
I went to drive thru about an hour ago, and I ordered 25 pack of munchkins and a sweet cold foam cold brew, they told me they were out of cold foam so I asked for whipcream and just extra sugar. The coffee tasted burnt and horrible and the "assorted" munchkin weren't assorted at all. I got two types of munchkins, glazed and chocolate. I am very disgusted. I went to a Dunkin in freehold yesterday and the service and food was impeccably different than the one in Toms River on 9. I'm so disgusted and annoyed that I wasted money. Do not go here!!
