This place is horrible the food is disgusting. I always try to give it a second chance or a couple more and it’s consistently garbage. They microwave bagels and everything comes out wet. The service is obviously awful as well everyone in this place looks like they want to end their lives !! Thanks for reading !! Ever since they recently redid this location they’ve been having a problem with the Dunkin app and this is the second time that I’ve had a walk out and not get the coffee. I want there because the new workers don’t know how to do their job. Service Dine in Service: 1

The worst coffee I could buy. I ordered a large coffee with 5 sugars and 2 creams and they gave me medium. It doesn't taste like coffee. It's more coffee water with cream. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich and what I got was egg and cheese on a croissant with no protein. If you charging me for a protein I wud have atleast expected the courtesy to inform that you are out and if something can be substituted rather than jus handing over the sandwich in a bag at the drive thru and having the customer leave. Where is your integrity? Very disappointed!!!

I always give this place another try and they disappoint every time. There food is cold, it doesn't taste fresh, they never get my coffee right how I ordered it. The only reason I go months almost a year without going to this location and then try it again it's because I'm running late and need a close place. I prefer the other one in Highland Park.
