Went to get my night coffee to this dunking and the lady over don’t even understand what someone wants, no costumer service at all btw she seems to be knew and they leave her alone in the store.

Not even a real Baskin Robbins here. These workers just want to make coffee all day, nothing else. They don't know what they're doing. They don't know their own menu. They look confused, and I don't want someone confused making my smoothies.

I asked for a cup, she gave a cup without any lids and when I asked for a lid she called me crazy and walked away. And told her coworker to not give me the lid. But the coworker gave me the lid. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This morning I went to this place and this lady Gladys was on the front counter I asked her about a sandwich on the menu and she just ignored me and told me to look at the menu with a bad attitude. I think she had a bad day and I just ordered and I asked for a medium drink and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else and continues on telling me the price without me letting me finish so I just paid but she told me I couldn’t leave money on the counter. So I took my business elsewhere and I feel very bad since this place is close to my house. So I had to go to a different place farther away from my house with better service.

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts at three times in one week and each time that I've been there they give me a new story of why I can't use the restroom one we don't have a key while public bathroom should be open to the public it's not working 3 and today the famous one we don't have the keys somebody misplace them why is the bathroom door locked it should be open to the public I'm a customer I go in there I purchase something if I want to use the restroom or wash my head I should be able to use it I think they're racist they don't want to let me use the bathroom I would never go there again I would give them negative Stars plus a customer service horrible Service Take out Meal type Other
