She burned my croissant 🥐 ! The Spanish short lady is the worst one she doesn’t have any customer service skill ! And she curses with bad words in Spanish and she always on the phone I will never go there ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It should be better if they improve customer service and teach the employees how to take orders and respect customers, and it will be great if they put the Spanish red head short lady in the back or kitchen because she acts like an animal and she insult customers in Spanish Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The store manager “Ahmed”, was very rude to me and my mother during our visit. First he said that it was one person per coupon which me and my mother were paying separately. We tried using a coupon for their store that had THEIR address on it, and they declined it saying it was “expired”. The date of expiration wasn’t until next year 2024, so he was lying and just didn’t wanna take it. Every time we come he is always nasty. Needs to get fired immediately. They close down their espresso machine at 6pm? My fiancé goes in the other day and they tell him they’re cleaning it so he’s like ok I’ll wait but quickly tells him that once it’s cleaned it’s closed for the rest of that day. It was 6pm. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My first few trips in I was greeted by what appeared to be an all male staff they took my order nicely, made it and delivered awesomely however my last two trips not so great the all male staff was now all female my 4yr olds drink was incorrect and when I told them the young lady said she would remake it correctly but she did not so I paid nearly 5 dollars for a cup of ice water with a red tint to it the next visit were mixed only ordered a doughnut still waited an excessive time for the product and my change seems maybe they were training that day so I'll give them that possibly but those two encounters alone make me just wanna wait and travel to Rochelle park instead Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Donuts

This location has been a number of things before; a pet shop that never looked open, then a Rita's that was only open during the spring & summer months. I think turning it into a Dunkin' Donuts was the best move. It's on a Main Street so it's a quick detour or stop for a quick breakfast or coffee. The service is quick and they usually get my order right. Also, The space is pretty clean since the store is still new. Overall, great addition to the neighborhood.

Ordered a Vanilla chai hot and it was disgusting!!! i hate that ordering things like that can be a hit or miss, but considering how expensive their drinks are they should at least make sure they taste how they’re supposed to!
