This establishment is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever visited around the Schenectady area! I’ve never seen such hardworking, driven employees who never fail to put a smile on my face the minute I walk in. The woman with the red hair, whom I haven’t caught the name of, helps me kindly anytime I have trouble within their confines. Overall more than 5 stars if I could put it on, my grandma with dementia also prefers their croissants and lovely decorations for each of the holidays!! If there was a way to give a zero, I would . I purchased 20 dollars worth of breakfast , to only get a coffee that tasted like it had no coffee in it , and my sandwich had mold on the bread . It's clear , that the staff there are not doing things right. This is the second time I've had an issue in this Dunkin and it's always something . Either the food was old or it wasn't done right .. below I leave a picture of my lovely moldy sandwich smh

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel came out burnt and with barely any cream cheese dolloped in the middle. I had to turn around, park my car, walk in etc. Given how prices and wages are now I’d expect the bare minimum effort to be put in, which this Dunkin can’t even muster

Very rude.. girl working on June 1st red hair pulled back didn’t catch her name she was young. Had an attitude when ordering my drink. I get to window to pick up and mention is wasn’t supposed to have drizzle on it she rolled her eyes and said um yes you said with drizzle I politely said no honey I said NO drizzle (which I had to repeat twice when ordering) she then rolled her eyes muttered Whatever and walked away to fix while I was still talking to her.. number on website is not right when I tried calling next day . I think you must have to tell them don't burn your bagel. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a bagel and it's burned! Make sure you check your order BEFORE you leave.

This place is horrible they don’t get your orders right and charge you and the workers are.
