It's a pleasant experience to try nicely cooked bagel sandwiches and good breakfast sandwiches. This restaurant guarantees you tasty doughnuts, bagels and muffins. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good iced coffee. The great location of Dunkin makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. A lot of guests think that the staff is efficient at this place. The spectacular service displays a high level of quality at this place. Come here for the lovely atmosphere. But this spot hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Staff are usually very friendly, and at the times of day I have previously gone, they've had a vast selection of food items. However, they do not take it seriously when you order decaf coffee and will give regular instead. Myself and many others have sensitivities to caffeine and other medical reasons to avoid it, so when I order decaf I really mean it. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes if it means brewing some decaf if it means not risking more damage to my cardiovascular system. 3 different times I've ordered grilled or toasted sandwiches, and I receive warmed bread instead for my sandwiches. Not sure if their machines are faulty or whoever is doing sandwiches doesn't know how to use the machine but it's bad. Don't get sandwiches here. The pictures are of a "grilled cheese". It is warm bread with melted cheese. I'm "fixing" this with the toaster at work.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin donuts in the area. Awful service and terrible food. They always place the donuts upside down and when I go eat it, all the frosting is stuck to the bottom the the bag, 9/10 times the order is incomplete and the quality control is awful. The employees don't speak anglish and always screw the order up. How is this miserable place still in business!? Evem the simplest and easiest orders take 10+ minutes in line. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL BRANCH a stain on the Dunkin' name DO NOT COME HERE Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered ahead and went in. Iced coffee was good but their breakfast sandwiches always underwhelm. And I ordered ahead by over 10 minutes and still had to wait briefly when I got in. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Always get order wrong. Just went there ate hash browns on way home and they were under cooked the potato tasted raw. Get home to enjoy my sausage egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me Turkey sausage…I’m okay with trying to be healthy but I don’t enjoy the taste of their Turkey sausage and it’s a different shape than regular sausage so how hard is it to differentiate the two and make the order correctly? DO NOT GO HERE. I've been going to Dunkins twice a day for 6 or 7 yrs, and this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. If they don't screw up your order (half the time), they'll fill the whole cup up with ice (see pic). The last time I went there (and the last time I'll ever got there), they took 22 minutes to make my coffee/sandwich, and I was the only one in the drive thru

Not sure why the website says they're open till 9:00 and then delivery stops at 7:30 The lady at the counter said they close at 7:30 I asked to order two drinks at 7:25 obviously she wasn't interested in earning any money for the owner at this time the manager should look into this

Very understaffed and I personally believe they haven't been properly trained because the drink variety is too much beyond regular coffee for this staff! They consistently can't make Signature Lattes, Iced Mochas and any other "complicated drink". Wait times are horrendous and I imagine the 2 person staff is so cold and unfriendly due to being overworked! Please help these people, they're trying there best, they need to be retrained at the very least! Price per person $10–20

They gave me hot chocolate and it looked like it had spilled on the floor, up and lid were dirty. It was disgusting, I was in drive-thru so I went in to complain, the kid in the asked what do you want? I asked for a new cup because it was gross using the one he gave me. Idk if he didn't like his job or something, not paid enough? Idk but it's very gross when you give someone a drink that's dirty 🤢. Lucky they found a chill person like me, others wouldn't have it.
