I think this is my favorite Dunkin in my area! They always make my favorite drink (caramel craze latte) perfectly!! To top it off their employee Paris is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient with my Mom today asking about the types of coffee and about what she wanted with her drink . They made us delicious coffees!! Can’t wait to go back when I need my next coffee fix!

You guys know how to make a bagel!! Perfect amount of cream cheese, perfectly toasted. This is why I choose Dunkin bagels over Panera: they toast the bagels for you and put the cream cheese on. It’s kinda hard to eat on the road when Panera just gives you a bagel, a thing of cream cheese, and a knife that you have to handle while driving lol. I will be back for a bagel again soon!! Stopped in this DDs May 2023 early morning...after emergency transporting an injured opossum to the nearby wildlife rehab. I was under caffeinated and over tired. The team was obviously flying around super slammed w drive up window customers etc. However, fantastic job! They were all jamming and working so fast to turn orders out! As a customer in the store with them, they were super professional, great vibe, great attitude! Immediately felt management needs to know this team is really good! Please reward them for job done above and beyond, with a fantastic attitude! Service: 5

I’m so sick of my order being wrong that I refuse to go here anymore. It’s not like it’s cheap. There’s one guy that seems like he’s on narcotics. I’ve ordered hot coffee and received stone cold coffee more than once. Ordered chai latte and received cold coffee that was thick and bitter like it was just espresso and creamer? Every time I order food from them it's either over cooked or under cooked there is no in between. It's sad that they are willing to hand out food like that. I'm tired of wasting money on food I can't eat. I've complained numerous times and nothing seems to change, they just act like they don't care. It's a shame I love their hash browns when they are cooked right but they seem like they don't know how to cook food or make coffee anymore. they always add more milk to the coffee when you ask for lite ice. They’ve never messed up my order which I appreciate. The staff aren’t overly friendly… but I get that’s not the easiest when your slammed and have a line of cars around the building. They hold on to expired food & give it out to the customers. They don’t clean their ice machine & it is filled with mold. The machines don’t get cleaned out every night so those most likely have mold in them too. the store it’s self is barely ever cleaned. An employee has posted all of this on their Snapchat story.

Waited for food that was ready just sitting behind the counter not in the pick up station where it should be. Bags were soaked with coffee from our order. The large coffee was cracked so spilt all over the car, and belongings. When it was brought in to obviously get a new one they handed us a cup and told us to pour the remaining coffee in the cup. We had to ask for a brand new coffee. All employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off bc there’s a line through the drive through and customers that aren’t happy inside. Create a team environment and train your employees to do what there suppose to and you will not have that issue. The customer service was awful the experience was awful and we will never be going back there. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Me and two other people went to order drive-through. The other two people ordered be for me. And when it was my turn, the male staff yelled into the intercom. He yelled at us to "move to the drive-through window". I told him I hadn't ordered and he just keep yelling "go to the drive-through window". We get to the drive-through window and he starts yelling at us. I told him he didn't let me order and he said we ordered to much food. And then says to us "It's not my fault you people are to lazy to walk into the restaurant". And then he started telling us he can refuse us service. He told us there was a line of cars waiting, there was only one other truck behind us. And this truck just pulled in at the time I was trying to order. Service Dine in
