Absolutely no reason the lobby should be closed at 10AM on Saturday. I parked and walked to see the door closed. By the time I drove around 3 or 4 cars got ahead of me. While waiting in line numerous customers went thru the same thing and were shaking their heads Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Bagels

I used to love coming here almost daily for my favorite frozen coffee in the world. Caramel and toasted almond, but for 2 whole months now their frozen machine has been broken. 2 whole months. Then of course when you ask about it you get an attitude because they’ve been dealing with it for 2 months. I have heard anything from waiting on parts to it should be fixed this afternoon. None of which were true, obviously. So I went again today and their machine is still broken. After ordering on the app several times which you pay on the app and then show up to get your order. Well with the machine not working I either have to get the coffee another way like iced or wait about a week for my refund to go back on my card. I just stopped going. If they ever do get their machine fixed I will have found another location far out of my way just to avoid them. They lost a pretty loyal and very frequent customer Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a simple three things: a sandwich, hash browns, and drink. By the time I got to the window, the server asked me if I was there for a pickup, I said no, then they tell me that they didn’t even put my order in… waited at the window for a while just to be handed two items, had to wave the server down to get hash browns just for some other employee to make fun of someone ordering hash browns… at this rate, this location will go out of business… me and fiancé used to love coming here and every time I go it seems to be worse… Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I really don't understand being out of half of the menu in the middle of the day... we wanted some doughnuts... how does a Dunkin not have glazed doughnuts? We asked for 5 or 6 different options... all out. Why even be open? And it is usually not a great idea to be rude when you're telling people that you basically don't have anything on the menu... Worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin. This is the only one for miles and they are always terrible in the morning. Order a drink and a sandwich, just to have to tell them at the window 3 times what i ordered, then telling them they're trying to give things that aren't mine. This was not a one time deal, it happens EVERY TIME I GO. Then they have the nerve to get an attitude when I get upset that they are so discombobulated. I've not had a single positive experience with this store. Absolutely less than 1 star service. Sad because I would be there every day if their service wasn't so terrible. STEP IT UP DUNKIN. UPDATE: 12/1/23 I used to LOVE coming here, but stooped due to there service. Today I decided to give them another try. What a waste I ordered ahead on app like I always do, and still sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes as they lost my order. I ordered the cheesy hashbrowns with my order, they tell me they don't have a spoon or fork to eat it with! Please yell me how you are supposed to eat it? I'm done with the Pueblo DD! Pretty slow for the drive thru, missing half of the menu, and they put so much ice in my drink the cup was probably only half full at best..... Not very good food either Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hours online say open at 5am. Walked over from the hotel at 7:40am, both front doors were locked. Hours on the door say lobby opens at 6am. Two workers inside that I could see, no one opened the door or even acknowledged that I was knocking. Drive thru was empty at the time I walked up. As I was standing there, 2 cars pulled up to the drive thru. Called the phone number listed, no answer.
