Okay, hear me out~ I know it's rather peculiar to see a review about a Dunkin', but not all Dunkin' Donuts are the same! Yes, their donuts aren't something to write home about, but this place is genuinely different. The service, the people, and the generosity make this place special. I had the most heart warming experience here yesterday with my kids here thanks largely to one of their staff members. This location i been coming since 2017 and loving all morning shift employees. But from a couple of times i am not abke to make it in the morning for my coffee so i go in the afternoon after 2 pm and i can tell one of the worst employees in service they have. Very disrespectful, yelling , and making fun while making an order. It's an old afternoon shift, guy. Management should check on him before looking for more customers This was the second time he had treated me and my group in the worst way. This is not India, so please follow respect and customer service as per USA law. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I love coming here in the morning when the nice ladies are there that’s the only reason yall get 3 stars but in the afternoon? NO! They don’t care about the quality of the drinks or service and I literally went to do a walk in order at 7:08 pm to be exact and they had the door locked while he just sat on a chair by the window! Pure laziness!

Fall donuts and coffee flavors are here!!! This is one of my absolute favorite dunkin's to go to. I will drive out of my way to go to this establishment over others. The manager is super sweet and the drinks are always amazing!

This smaller Dunkin location holds a bigger heart. The store owner heard that it was my birthday and wrote "Happy Birthday" inside the box lid and added an additional donut to our surprise. It was a sweet gesture that shows there is still faith that sharing kindness can grow stronger relationships. We'll now pass by the "other" donut shop a little more often to visit our newfound friend. (Admission: Yes, I ate the additional donut before the picture. =P ) 5 Stars for being so friendly! Minus three-quarters star for the flies buzzing around. Minus another quarter star for the muggy air quality... See to fixing those things, buddy.

0 stars if I could. Ordered a small hot chocolate and they hand me a half empty small cup. I asked them if they could fill the cup to the top and they told me that would be a medium. So now you pay $1.99 for a small, which is actually a small cup that's half full, or $2.99 for a medium. Which is just a full small. This isn't the 1st time I've had an issue, but it will be the last.

So disappointed with the service. I pull up ordering an iced coffee with caramel. They give me what tasted and looked like watered down coffee with no ice, no flavor and tasted like sink water. First and last time coming to this location.
