Today's visit to Dunkin was a complete disappointment. As a loyal customer, I always look forward to my NO ICE Carmel & Toasted white chocolate Machiato with 2 extra shots added, along with 2 donuts and a pup cup. However, my experience today left a sour taste in my mouth. As I pulled up to the window, I overheard the employees and the manager on duty making fun of my order. They were saying it made no sense to not have ice and even laughed when I mentioned that I don't like my drink watered down. I was shocked and taken aback by their unprofessional behavior. It was as if I wasn't even standing right there in front of them. I called the manager after leaving and unfortunately, she didn't answer. I had to leave a message expressing my disappointment and also made sure to let her know that I will be contacting corporate to address this issue. It was unacceptable and completely disrespectful. I will not be returning to that location and will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know. It's disheartening to see such behavior from a company that prides itself on customer service. I hope this is not a representation of Dunkin as a whole. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been coming here for several weeks now and during that time, they’ve only made my drink incorrectly once. The doughnuts are soft and fresh, sometimes I get a sausage biscuit and that is always hot and fresh as well. Went this morning for the first time ever and was so pleased. There was a line of cars about 6 deep and I was up at the window within 2 minutes. Everything on my order was correct and exceeded my expectations. Best coffee I’ve ever had from a Dunkin! We went in the mid morning and got a dozen donuts to go. The donuts were stale. The only ones fresh were the pumpkin spice cake donuts. Pathetic for price! Get your act together. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I go in twice a week with a friend to get 2 senior refill medium coffees, price is always $4.34 tax included. Last week I go in and was informed they still do senior discounts but 2 medium coffees are now $5.78. I don't understand how a medium cup of coffee is now .72 cents higher but I’m still getting a senior discount, please don’t insult my intelligence like that - that is not a senior discount. I’ll take my twice a week business elsewhere, somewhere where I’m given credit intelligence wise that I know I’m being ripped off and can get a good cup of coffee at a fair price.

I love some Dunkin’ but this location struggles. I tend to use the DD app to place my order and the past few times they’ve been out of Boston cream donuts. I can understand being out once but every time, that’s poor management. It’s 10:30 on a Friday and they’re already out for the day, how many missed sales will accrue just today alone? Also, bring a spoon since they can’t be bothered to stir the coffee.

I love my local Dunkin. Becca that works there, in particular, is a gem. My work crew gets breakfast, from there, most mornings. We're all just like family, anymore. The food... the service...all great! Keep up the good work.

I got a $2 Dunkin giftcard from tmobile tuesday. So i decided to get breakfast this morning at this location, which happens to be on my way into work. When i pulled up to the drive thru speaker to place my order i could not hear the person over the speaker very well. I asked about the breakfast sandwhiches and if i could get one that normally comes with an english muffin instead with a croissant. The lady gave me some attitude and said i couldnt do that. I was fine with that answer and just took what i could get, she could have been a lot nicer about that. I also got a hot coffee and as i continued to drive to work i tasted the coffee and it was probably the worst tasting coffee i have ever had, it taste like it was made in a dirty coffee maker and had some bits of black stuff in it. So overall it was not a great experience. i got a discounted meal thanks to my giftcard, but it wasnt worth it. I would give it lower stars but the breakfast sandwhich was pretty decent.

This is my go to Dunkin everytime. They make my cookie butter cold brew to perfection 👌🏾 I stop by at least twice a week!

Ordered online and drove through to pick up. They put the donut in the bag so the chocolate stuck to it and most stayed in there. My sandwich is all askew, and I got no straw with my drink.
