Went through drive through, asked for hot chocolate, sandwich, a jelly filled donut, and a white icing filled donut. They asked specifically which icing filled donut, as I did buy know all the specific names, I told them one with white icing and toppings didn't matter, just no chocolate anywhere. The lady in drive through was very rude and told me they had many, then started naming off donuts with icing filling (the first 3 having chocolate involvement). I told her never-ending, we only wanted the jelly filled donuts. She then added another donuts to the bill anyways. When I got to the window, I noted to myself the total (advertised at window) then told her yet again very nicely that I no longer wanted the second donuts. She grabbed the donut, threw it in the trash, charged my card, never gave me a receipt, and after checking my account, found she never took the second donut off the bill. I couldn't care less about the $1.69 I over paid. But the customer service could definitely use some help at this location. I wasn't trying to be difficult, but the attitude we dealt with from the beginning of the transaction was unnecessary. I also work in the customer service industry at a very fast paced highly demanding job. While I'll still go to dunkin because we always enjoy their food and coffees, I will no longer be going to this location, even though it is extremely close to home. Not the first time I've had a bad experience in drive through there, but it will be my last. I go to this Dunkin on my days off. They are always so kind. I usually bring my dogs with me and this location puts little dog treats in them. Thank you for loving on my babies and I! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

a couple years ago i left a bad review bc the service was absolutely terrible, i haven’t been back since that incident. today i decided to stop by while i was working, and i was pleasantly impressed. they obviously have new employees who care about their job and their customers. very grateful for the kind ladies in the drive thru. will be using this dunkin more often considering it’s only 3 minutes from my house. thanks ladies! I go here often for coffee before work and 8-10 time my order is wrong but they take your money before handing you the wrong drink then close the window. It’s honestly ridiculous to be stuck with a $5 coffee you can’t drink because it’s all milk when you ordered it black 🤦🏻‍♀️ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My favorite place to get coffee from.. I usually go to this location on a daily, but this one day that I went was one of my worst experience. Ordering a hot sandwich that was served to me still frozen. I am really displeased with this. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

I really only wanted to give one star but upped to two based on good experiences in the past, however today was the worst we’ve ever gotten and will probably not reorder. We ordered through DoorDash and was givin a 20-30 min delivery time, no problem. Our order was delayed and our driver left. Another driver was issued but dunkin still did not have the order ready and that driver waited for another 30 mins. 90 mins later we finally received our order. No fault to the driver or DoorDash. After waiting so long we received poorly prepared food and a drink. We requested for lightly toasted and both bagels were way to burnt to even bite into. The med sized coffee was only 3/4 filled. I paid for a med not a med sized cup with small sized amount.

The staff will hand you your food at the driveway and look away without saying thanks or have a great day! My hash brown was sprinkled with hair and turned me off!

Awesome place if you’re okay with managers and employees feeding a dog inside the building, ignoring their customer at the counter, coming over and not washing hands after interacting with said dog, and then refusing to give contact info for their owner or corp franchise.
