These ladies are all working hard makkf sure the producer is what the franchise intends it ti be HOT. FRESH . DELICIOUS , safe !! They always works together as a team l! Also they make the entire store bright outside safe inside no drama! Not easy in philly The best DD around !! the crew is it all $! I had the worst Experience at this particular dunkin. The one manager was screaming at an employee. I mean, if I were there I would quit. It was a very hostile work environment. And I felt really bad for the girl. And this is partially why people don't even wanna go to work anymore. The behavior that was displayed was absolutely insane. And something needs to be done to rectify the situation. The poor employee was in the back doing her job. And the woman screen at her in front of a store full of people. I hate that if you order a medium coffee you get the volume of a small. So I order a small and they still fill the container 3/4 of the way up. Give me what I pay for

I lost my job because the manager who was supposed to train was on her phone talking to her man an not showing me nothing then she took my punch in pin an clock me in said tht she was going tell the manager this only for me lose my job they don’t know how to train people they speak to people like they don’t care wht they say I was shock I lost my job for a company they brand like this an it major company they need let everyone go accept to people an it more mess up people told the manager I was not doing anything when y’all not allowed me to get the train I need u allow ur employees eat pizza wow still working is have no one who can show me the proper training
