Emily and Amanda are the best baristas working here at the renton location and they are the ones that go out of their way to provide great customer service! I have had a few bad experiences at this location with a couple people working here but I decided to give them one more chance. The good customer service from Emily and Amanda is the only reason I still come here because they are the only ones that make me feel like an appreciated customer. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Today was my birthday so I stopped by for the free drink and they went above and beyond as you see from the photo. I forgot to take a picture of the side, but they did a double cup and put syrup and sprinkles so you could still see it and it didn’t mix into the drink. 15/10 first time customer and the staff this morning made me a customer for life!!! They were laughing and making jokes and it was such a fun happy environment!! MY FAVORITE. Coolest staff, super helpful and friendly. Delicious coffee and espresso drinks. I recommend white coffee/espresso. The espresso they have here in general is definitely delicious and great quality beans!Reasonable prices too for even a large drink with customizations/add ons, etc! Super great first Dutch Bros experience. There was someone walking outside to take orders while the other person inside made the drinks, which helped the line move super fast. They were also really friendly and complimented my friend on their earrings, and explained to me what soft foam was, as I’m new to coffee. I got a large iced carmelizer, because I know I like cold brew, and I really liked it. Definitely going again. Don't be intimidated by the long lines here. The line moves very quickly! I appreciate that there's always a broista outside to take your order so your drinks are always ready once you get to the window. I made a quick stop today before driving back home to California from Seattle. I had just said goodbye to my sister after visiting her for a couple weeks, and was visibly holding back tears. The man who took my order (sadly don’t remember his name) was super helpful and gave great suggestions since I wasn’t sure what to order. He also noticed I was sad and he talked with me for a while, which really brightened my day. It was my first time being here. And I don’t feel like there is a transparency in drink sizes. But anyway. I don’t know if my drink was correctly or incorrectly made. Their Pumkin Caramel Brullee latte does taste like a regular lightly sweetened latte. I wouldn’t say that there was any flavor in it. It was kind of flavorless. Bland. Even coffee flavor is hidden in creamy milk taste. So I don’t think I’ll ever come back. It’s overrated and super branded. But in reality nothing special with their product. The best coffee and drinks! Always a pleasant experience chatting with the staff and going through the drive through. The drinks are extremely customizable and whatever you get is good. The staff will come take your order if the line gets long, so you won’t be waiting long. The drinks are sweet, ordering them half sweet is not a bad idea. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The kid asked if we could try Dutch Bros. I asked how do you even know about it? I mean it's not in Seattle and the only regional outlets are in far away locales in the outskirts like Renton or Everett or Federal Way. So apparently it's promoted on TikTok and so away we went. First, you should know that 90% of DB's menu consists of sugar laden calorie bombs, like liquid desserts. Imagine a menu of all kinds of different Frappuccinos. Each drink is something like 800 calories. Coffee takes a back seat here. Actually it takes the 3rd row seat. This is 1 star deducted. We went to the Renton location. Getting into it was not easy as the drive thru entrance is not easy to find. We drove in past the Popeye's chicken, which *seemed* like the way to go, only to find we had to go back onto Rainier Ave S, which was completely gridlocked btw so this took about 15 minutes, and into the Wal Mart parking lot from where we could enter the DB drive thru line. I mean signage on Rainier Ave or on SW 7th would've made a world of difference here. This is a 2 star deduction. The rest was unremarkable, except that the drive thru line moved very quickly and that the service was outstanding, which is the entire reason for all the remaining stars that are given.
