BBQ pork "Extremely Dry" almost as if it had been warmed in a microwave. Flavor was Blah at best. Side item flavors and temperatures were good. Establishment comfortable and clean. Employees were very nice. Overall the BBQ hype just wasn't on par with any reasonable expectation, unless you had the big corporate flavor experience in mind. I rarely ever give my opinion to the mgmt of restaurants, really what would be the outcome that would satisfy anyone. This platform was put in place to share opinions. Great food. Tried a variety of meats. They were all great, the only one I didn't like is the bologna. I've never been a fan of bologna though. The jalapeno poppers were great. Service was excellent. We had a bunch of kids and they were very accommodating and great with the kids. If we're back in town we'll definitely stop here again.
