Tonight I came in for a wonderful steak dinner with my husband. Our server Savannah was amazing! She was very knowledgeable on the menu, where they source their beef from, and paired our steaks wonderfully with their best cab. The atmosphere is great! I recently experienced exceptional service, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed mango margaritas, espresso martinis, street corn dip, mushroom chicken risotto, and Yucatán tacos—the chicken was particularly flavorful and juicy. Our to-go orders of key lime pie and sticky toffee pudding were also delightful. Overall, it's a must-try! My sister and I went to Earls after work because we were both quite hungry. We had a terrific time and had an amazing experience. The overall atmosphere is very laid back and pleasant and the food was great as well. The staff members were super friendly and helpful, especially Ryan, one of the waiters. He was one of the most polite and helpful waiter my sister and I could have had; he listened to everything we said, made sure we were satisfied, and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well.
