The price is not worth it. Unfriendly staff and cashier. Food is mediocre at best. And they will not take 1 dollar paper bill regardless if it's crisp new. Best to eat across the street at Lili or another Chinese restaurant in Dili. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
