Very good Mexican spot for the area ! Food was good , cashier and chef were both very nice and funny. I ordered bean n cheese burrito , 4 hard shell tacos , a surf and turf burrito (the chef ended up making it so big he used two tortillas!) , churros , horchata and some cokes. Oh and I can’t forget the fresh tortilla chips ! I had gotten my tacos Al pastor (I was forced to get all 4 the same meat) which I wish I could have tried the other other meats but it’s ok it was still good. Definitely go by! They have a very spacious parking lot with a nice dine in area as well.

Had I read the revies prior to stopping here, there is a fair chance I would have passed but did not, saw the place and stopped. The staff was awesome and a pleasure to talk to as well as being very helpful. I ended up with a chimichanga which I never ever order. I personally do not order Mexican food I have never eaten at a roadside or cart in Mexico, yes, not you chimichangas and nachos LOL. The guy who waited on me recommended it, perhaps I seemed too American, but I gave it a shot and was impressed. The filing was something you'd find in a fajita, but it tasted great, and the tortilla was fried to perfection.
The salsa bar had some great tastes in it.

We got two breakfast burritos. 1 Steak and 1 ham. They were very good and I'd like to try more items on the menu next time.
I would also like to point out how polite the staff was to make us breakfast even though I came in 15 minutes before they officially opened. They made us a good breakfast quickly and had a pleasant attitude. :)

Food was good ordered carnitas, Asada, and chil rellenos, beans and rice were home made. Drinks taste good wish they had ice. Guacamole was good and chunky.

Had the street tacos. Very good. Chicken was just spicy enough. I'll go there again.

Update: They have really improved their customer service, they go above and beyond. And the food is even better!
Most people who say they don't like there food have never had real Mexican food, they are used to the "other" place in town that serves American style Mexican food!
Food is usually pretty good. Service is ok at best. Would be nice if they'd spend a bit more time cleaning.
Prices are a little high for the quality.

For a small town with a five block downtown, Cave Junction has a surprising amount of options for good food. Eduardo's is not one of them. I'll admit I have somewhat of a high standard, but I do lower it considerably when I'm getting fast food. Still, this place was underwhelming at best. I'm hoping something cool opens in the spot when Eduardo's eventually fails.
The chicken and el pastor was good . Not dry and plenty of flavor ! I recommend if your taste for flavor is authentic Mexican food.
