It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon, and not much foot traffic in the student Union. Yet as I wander through the Union halls what do I see? Six workers manning this esteemed bagel shop. I meander up to the register and place my order. Only then would the pain truly begin. I sit down and wait for my order to be ready. 5 minutes pass, I check for my order, yet no food was seen. 7 minutes pass, the same thing. Finally TEN minutes pass and I get my order. A bagel with two eggs. Such conditions. Overstaffed and ok at best. Truly an insult to the Einstein name.

This place is amazing! I have gone here a lot since first coming to NAU. They have a great selection of bagels to choose from! When it comes to their menu options they have a wide variety to choose from. The coffee is really good too! My favorite drink it their strawberry banana smoothie it is the best one I have ever had! Whether or not you like bagels you need to go here at least once. P.S. They deliver on Starship and also do pick up there to. They have many payment options to choose from.

Never disappointed at any of their locations!!!!!! Eat at Einsteins all over Utah and wherever I see them. Killer food and service at all of them, it's a must breakfast.

Takes forever to make a simple sandwich and abismal atmosphere, food is fine and employees are nice when they talk to you Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The student union was nice their was about 8 workers when I went to get my food it seemed a bit overcrowded but food was good and only had to wait 10 min

Food is great, service was terrible. I just moved onto campus this Sunday as a freshman, and was hoping for a friendly environment. The cashier clearly hated her job and decided to take it out on me, the customer. I’ve worked fast food before and understand the stress, but NEVER take it out on the customers. Along with this, it was only me and one other in line. This cashier was friendly towards the person in front of me, but gave me an attitude? Not sure if it was motivated by my race, or some other aspect. But I will not be coming again if I see this worker at the register. I always have patience and am friendly to everyone I speak to. But some people can not gratefully take the gesture, so I won’t provide it anymore.

This is on a college campus. So do not go there during normal dining hours, such as noon for lunch. The lines will be very long if u do. However, the food is worth the wait. Try the Albuquerque Turkey bagel sandwich, it's so damn good. I have mine in the 6 cheese bagel, cream cheese, turkey, bacon, tomato and lettuce, cheddar cheese and then they also put some chopped peppercini's on it and it's the perfect amount of spicy.

The orders always right and it tastes good but it always takes 30 minutes doesn’t matter if there are 2 workers or 5 they crank out a bagel once every 10 minutes or so honestly baffling

They make excellent bagels!!! All wrapped and nice in a small to go box. Try out the nova lox
