Screwed up an EXTREMELY simple door dash order. Asked for 3 cinnamon sugar bagels unsliced, untoasted, no smear and got 3 plain bagels instead. All they had to do was put the correct item in the bag, but apparently that was too difficult for this location. I hate that I have to give this place one star because I really do love their bagels. HOWEVER, they are rarely available due to most of the good ones being sold out before 9am. I have no clue how they manage to run out of so many bagels THAT early every single day when they are supposed to be open until 2pm. I’ve been turned away at least 3 times out of the last 5 days I’ve tried to stop in to grab one (I was there before 10am each time). The store almost never answers the phone, so you can’t even call to check before wasting your gas on the drive over there. And if you try and order ahead on the app it won’t even tell you if what you ordered is out of stock smh. It usually ends up being more frustrating than what it’s worth. Save yourself the hassle.

Ptetty hard to mess up a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They never toasted it and put almost no spread on it at all so basically esting dry bread. And it was nearly 6$ no thanks
