This place has good food , but they aren't ready for prime time. We I call the number from Google a recording began in Spanish only.
When I tried to order on line, you had to make choices that were only in Spanish. When I brought this to the attention of the woman working at the register, she replied that this is a Mexican restaurant, I then said that it is located in California and should include English in addition to Spanish. If I go to a Chinese restaurant any reasonable person would expect to find English & Chinese.
Doesn't seem to be a big ask or suggestion, she was very dismissive.
I did not say anything about the Chinese restaurant, I just replied the restaurant is located in California .
Customer service is poor, attitude was dismissive & rude. Anyone that knows me, knows that I am patience and kind to everyone even when things aren't moving smoothly. So her attitude unwarranted, & is what has motivated me to leave this review.
Hopefully the management reads this & sees a opportunity for training & the addition of English when making online orders.
