This place is 100% worth the hype!!! These frappes are AMAZING and not only that, they are affordable while being generous as well. The customer is a 10/10 hands down.
Great selection with tasty frappes that locals favor, which was obvious by the cars pulled over for quick service. All good. Price for our solo cups of açaí blueberry and yogurt blueberry frappes was $5.50 each. Great!
Unfortunately, the cups were overfilled to the dangerous level, and in full sun with no shade around, they made quite a mess fast, so getting out of the sun was impossible unless we shoveled the frappe down at brain freeze speed.
Worse, each came with 3 pieces of single-use plastic, a red “solo cup,” a spoon, and straw. Nearby, trash was everywhere, including waste from El Frappé Pastillo’s earlier customers, no trash cans in site.
The amount of trash around this place at sea level is unhealthy to people and to the marine environment nearby. Why doesn’t this “top rated” spot take a leadership role by replacing their plastic with sustainably sourced, biodegradable utensils and packaging? It’s the ethical thing to do for your customers and the community because it’s a public health issue.

Every time I visit Puerto Rico I would visit this delicious place. Nothing better than taking a sip of a refreshing Frappe in the middle of tropical temperature. There are lots of flavors to choose from, you won’t regret your visit.
It doesn't matter what flavor you order, the frape (always) it's gonna be great. The time of wait is gonna be long most of the time and the prices are pretty cheap.
Awesome!!!! I encourage everyone to go there and treat yourself to a delicious dessert. Many flavors to choose. Tropical flavors are the best in my opinion.
I have visited many places that sell Frappes, and it's without a doubt the best place on the island to get yourself one of these. There is a variety of flavors and no matter which one you buy, you'll always feel satisfied with the result.
But don't go too crazy on the mixes. Stick to what you like and go on the deep end when you're ready to try something totally different from just the "Fruit Comfort Zone".
Eat up. Enjoy and return, the trip is worth it.
