I rarely had El Pollo Loco since it’s one of the least favorite fast food restaurants to go, but the chicken over there tends to be very juicy especially the rice. My family ordered other items like mashed potatoes and tortilla bread, but didn’t have any of them since I’m not a big fan of them. This fast food chain is underrated, but I think that people should recognize this brand, because they serve good chicken. Food was OK. Chicken was dry but edible. Staff was friendly and service was good. Didn't take long to get our order after we placed it. This was our first time here, not sure if I will try it. again or not, kind of on the fence.

Good layout friendly staff quick did eat inside however not as clean to as possible it's not really staff fault but there are a lot customers that just leave their tables without throwing away their garbage. overall a great place they're drive to is pretty long but but can you di? I love chicken and this was my first time trying El Polo Loco and I had no idea what I was missing out all this time. The grilled chicken is the best I have ever had that I could remember. The Staff and service was also great,the dining area is kept clean, keep up the good work. They have a drive thru and a good amount of parking space. I now have a favorite place to eat chicken and the next time I am craving chicken in general, I know where to go. I totally recommend El Pollo Loco
