Just recently found out about this business after living in this area for 5 years. Katelyn was my server and provided a welcoming atmosphere. She was also knowledgeable about the history of the business. Food is great and the place is very clean. However, the location is hindering their potential; probably the reason why the prices are not what some are expecting. The location blocks the view from main road (gas station) and the main parking lot (smoothie business). Otherwise, service, food, and atmosphere was great. Really disappointed. I have been coming here periodically for a while as I live in the neighborhood across the street and can stop by when on walks with my pup. I have posted several posts on my personal FB page trying to promote this small business of Empanadas versus going across the street to Starbucks. The prices are a bit high but the staff are so nice and again, trying to support small businesses, so it was worth the price to try to support. We previously bought the promotion they advertised to pay $10 for a $20 voucher to use at Empanadas Biloxi. I travel a lot for work and was out of the country for several weeks and I missed the expiration date last month. I went by there today and didn’t even ask for the $20 credit but instead, acknowledged the voucher expired but asked if we could still have the $10 credit that we paid for the voucher to apply to coffee. The young, friendly girl called her manager who immediately said no. In my opinion, this is bad for business. I left and went across the street to Starbucks for my coffee and will continue to do so since there is no value of the small town business with Empanadas. Very disappointed as I looked forward to continuing to build the local small town relationship with them. Service: 1

The food is really delicious and the atmosphere is good. There were various kinds of empanadas, so it was fun to choose. The staff was very friendly, so I felt good when I visited the store. If you order food, it takes about 5 minutes to warm it up. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Recommended dishes Empanadas

First time visitor. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. Tried three empanadas - yellow curry, mushroom and cheese, and spinach and artichoke. All three were very tasty and hearty! Mushroom and cheese was my favorite and look forward to trying other flavors and the salad bar next time. Welcome to Biloxi, Empanola! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Let me start by saying my parents are immigrants from Argentina and my mother made us empanadas all the time growing up. Our family owns our own empanada restaurant in Santa Barbara as well, so I am very familiar with this cuisine. I have to say this little spot was the MOST pleasant surprise! I got two of the beef Argentina empis, which have been my favorite since I was little and they tasted just like my moms recipe. They were absolutely amazing! The atmosphere inside was cute and made me wish I dined in. I will most definitely be coming back to get more and will be recommending this spot to everyone. I can’t wait to try the other menu items! Our experience there was fantastic. It was our first time there and the young lady working the counter was informative and kind. The empanadas were very good and the coffee was great. The atmosphere was like a small chill coffee shop. Will definitely visit when in Biloxi again. They are ok at best… We ordered five and only took a couple of bites out of each! Some of them were soggy already! The beef one it had so much salt in it you could only take one bite. But this is not to be mistaken with real Colombian or Argentinian empanadas, or anything like that! Would I ever order them again, absolutely not! The only one that was slightly OK was the spinach one! But if you ever had real empanadas… You will be highly disappointed! If you haven’t, you might find these decent… UNTIL You actually do! Oh, and 5 dollars a piece is highway robbery for these things! You can go buy 2 hot pockets for the price of one of these and actually eat them and be full! Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 2

The space is absolutely beautiful. I was a little disappointed that the young lady didn't greet us with an eager, smiling face. She just sort of went about her tasks as we walked in and then just stood there while we eyeballed the menu. When we asked a question, she didn't seem at all engaged and basically told us to look at the menu. The two gentleman working seemed very nice and one actually asked me if I needed help. That was slightly redeeming for the young lady's lack of interest. Anyway, we ended up trying the Beef Argentina, Chicken Peruvian, Yellow Curry, Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp and Cheese, and Spinach Artichoke empanadas. My favorites were the shrimp and cheese and the crawfish etouffee. I didn't care much for the beef, particularly because of the green olives, but the chicken had good flavor, except for the black olives. Obviously I am not a fan of olives, but if you are, then it's likely that you really will enjoy them both. (The green olives were particularly powerful.) The spinach and artichoke was a little salty, but otherwise delicious, especially because of the cheese in it, and the yellow curry was good, but could have used a stronger curry flavor. They heated them by running them through a type of pizza oven for a few minutes, but by the time we made it home, which isn't far at all, they were barely lukewarm and also they didn't have enough color and were nowhere near crispy. So, we ended up heating them up again in the air fryer to heat the insides and get a browner, crisper crust. We'll go back, but it won't be often because it's a bit expensive. Each empanada is barely the size of my palm, but costs $4.75! For that price we thought they'd be larger. In my humble opinion, the price point might be reasonable in New Orleans, but for the size of the empanada, it's waaaay too expensive for Biloxi. It really should run closer to $3.00-$3.50 per empanada, if anyone asks me. My wife said the cost of the coffee doesn't look too bad. They had PJ's Coffee cups. Anyway, I can see going there every once in a while for brunch or a very light lunch or snack, or even just for coffee, but not for a meal. I give them a 2 out of 5 for value, 5 out of 5 for atmosphere, 4 out of 5 for friendliness of staff, and 4 out of 5 for flavor.
