Arguably the best chicken burger I have tried in Islamabad! I am visiting from Paris and I have to admit that it is difficult to find a chicken burger this good in a city which is known for it’s food!
Kudos to the chef for excellent food!
The service from the staff was amazing as well!
It would be great if the volume of the music could be a bit more down (personal preference)

English tea house has a good environment. Nice sitting and the staff is very cooperative. I tried their coffee only so it’s just the coffee review. We actually went for chashni that extremely disappointed us, so I thought let’s taste their coffee.
So the coffee was good, I would rank 7/10. It wasn’t as good as butler’s, but it’s still a good cup that you can enjoy, especially because of the ambiance. Value for money is okay as far as coffee is concerned.

Very good food and options. There is a wide variety so one can have breakfast, tea, lunch or dinner. I've always enjoyed their breakfast and tea..The service is amazing though. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The ambience is also spot on.

Terrible experience for foreigners!
They deceive foreigners, they charge tips without any consent without showing a bill.
Today(23 Nov 23) my wife ordered chicken permesan and seasonal juice. She is not good at English and the server knew it. She gave 5,000 and only got 1,710, which means they deducted 500 without her consent.
Even worse, they never gave her a bill, so that she can’t check how 500 rupees had been deducted. They intentionally didn’t gave her a bill.
I visited this restaurant with her and asked how they calculated it. The manager said she gave the server 500 as a tip which she never agreed to give.
I’m a foreigner and I have many foreign friends who have been working in Islamabad, and also I know people who will come to Islamabad. I will suggest them not to visit this terrible deceiving restaurant.
* Dear English Tea House, please don’t deceive foreigners. Your tricky behavior will damage not only your reputation but also the image of Pakistan.

Tasty food, good and clean environment. One of the best place for a good meal and time to enjoy. However the downside is that they serve common Lipton tea for hefty 375 rupees.

The food was so terrible that I couldn't eat. Told the waiter about the issue but didn't even bother checking. After paying the bill I called the manager and requested him to eat what he was serving. Picture is attached for reference. Anyway, I made him eat one French fries which were so bland and dry. He immediately realised that we were not faking it. But, the damage is done. Given too many chances. ETH is not a place for me anymore.

A cozy chilled out hangout. A place to relax far away from the crowds yet very central. English Tea House has developed a cult following and become a staple hangout on the Islamabad Social circuit - whether for its High teas or just teas! A nice place to spend an evening with friends or family or just by yourself with a good book 😊.
The visiting experience was tremendous. I opted for the molten lava dessert paired with Hershey's Hot Chocolate. The molten lava was palatable, although a bit pricey. The Hershey's Hot Chocolate had a unique taste, unlike typical hot chocolate.
