i work in the area and usually want a sandwich for lunch. I had been going to another sandwich shop near bye but the staff were constantly hitting on me and asking for my number making it an obviously unpleasant lunch break. Been here a few times lately with a co worker. All the employees are so nice and completely helpful. However, we sat inside the place to eat today and the manager was so rude to all the employees. He belittled them, talked down on them and held a WHOLE $25 bonus above their head. They deserve better. I'd say it's good but the guy didn't put any ham on my sandwich only a lot of mayo and just a lot of lettuce and yeah I mean they were friendly tho

5 stars is for the one person holding it down today. Food was good despite all the pressure. To the store at large... give the employees that have to work alone pay raises bc seriously.... and ultimately fix the issues that made the store not fully staffed in the first place. I stopped in today after a long hiatus. It looks like there is new ownership and this place is clean!! The staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. I got my sandwich to-go but I should’ve stayed longer! The young lady said she was new but I think she was pulling my leg. What a pro!! The gentleman taking my order was excellent as well. 10/10. This is my 4th time trying to get a gluten free sandwich from the Bloomington shop. Fortunately this time they still had gluten free bread available. Last time they ran out of tuna (Bornk) when I ordered. The time before that had to request they cut the sandwich in half - was told they ALWAYS cut sandwiches in half. So this time I ordered the Boney Billy on gluten free bread..... here's what I received:

So i tied this salad bowl and it was DISAPPOINTING. The salad had nothing, like the portion of HALF OF A HALF SANDWICH. Like i rather get a sandwich and take the bread out. The container is like the size of my hand....
